      Ordered the ****** Bucket Bag and the Chelsea ****** sleeve. A very small box was delivered today with a weight of 1.1 pounds containing only the free tote that came order. No bucket bag or laptop sleeve that would certainly have been more than 1.1 pounds per *********** Delivery Confirmation. I took the box as soon as the postman left it at my door, so no porch pirates. Spent time on chat then told I would be contacted by email. So far no response. Very disappointing. Afraid to order from them again.

      Terrible Service I placed an order with them and it has not even shipped yet. They have my home address in their address book and they somehow entered the wrong address and put st. vs. Pl.I contacted them three times as it has not shipped yet and they refuse to fix this. I have worked for an online retailer and until it ships you can correc the address - and she told me she really didnt care as there are no returns, fixes or exchanges. The worst service ever and I see that they have an average one star rating...so disappointed my Daughters Christmas gift will go to a stranger.

      I ordered a ****** bracelet for my mom for Christmas and it was not sent in a box ?? , just a envolope. It was enamel and was shattered somewhere during the shipment process . ( see attached pictures ) I do not drive and the company I spent three hours on the phone with them and will not do anything for me. I have no way to get this to a *** and print off labels and all these things. My mom is. Single mom who works two jobs and I dont ***na stress her out to do such things. I tried and tried to have them reimburse me and they will not. They would not send me a new one or resolve anything for me . I spoke to a high end manager named ******************* He did nothing .

      Don't bother trying to make a warranty claim, they do not honor it. If you purchase anything from this company just know that it will likely have issues less than one year in and customer service will offer you absolutely nothing for it. **** Spade's website states that they offer a one year manufacturer warranty on any defects excluding normal wear and tear/discoloration. I purchased a ********** ******************* body bag in April 2023. September 2023 the strap has started to rip apart at the seam. When I sent multiple pictures and my original receipt, I was told that this is not covered because, "It could have been in an accident where I ripped it". I explained to her that this purse was babied and had only been in occasional use for around 6 months and that it had not in fact been in "an accident". There is no reason that after 6 months of light use this $200 plus cross body should be falling apart the way that it is. **************** and product quality has absolutely taken a complete nose dive in the recent years and **** Spade has forever lost a very loyal customer. Clearly though, they do not care.

      My wife has a closet full of **** Spade bags and shoes. Never had a problem unit her last hand bad that was bought at Macys in June. The strap on the bag broke. Now this bag was used maybe 3 times ( due to my wife who has 70 other bags) We called customer support and told me to call this ********************** that repairs the bags. After called them they were closed. This show that customers care for **** Spade does really care about the customer. I have dealt with many other ****************** that would take care of the situation first hand or just replace the bag. My wife will never buy another thing from them. Stay away unless you dont care about customer service.

      Received KS coin purse as a gift from my friend. The zip broke within a couple of months. I emailed them and they said that I could return to nearest store which was over an hour away. I asked for additional help and they said that I had a choice of either a 15% off coupon (what a joke) or a refund (send a return label). I asked for the refund. They sent an email that I would receive the email return label in 1-2 business days. I did not get one and I asked if it could be sent again. Still did not get one. Then I asked if they could attach it to the current email. 2 days later they stated they could not help me. I sent an email back that I would no longer purchase any items and share that with others. They then sent me an email that the item did not qualify for a warranty. Did not have the item for a year and there was a defect in the item due it breaking so easily. I WILL NEVER BUY AND ENCOURAGE ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER BUY A KS ITEM.

      horrible customer service. I have been trying to make a return for 2 weeks and cannot get any response from the company . I have emailed the support and left voice mails . This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! do not do business with them

      I had the most horrible experience at **** Spade in ********* **** on 6/18/23 I had purchased the Citrus Sandals and tried them on in store on 6/17/23 and I felt while I was in the store I felt they fit.so bought them and even wore them out of the storebut unfortunately got blisters on the top of my toes. The very next day 6/18/23 brought them back to the store and showed the blisters and asked if they could credit my account but they said that they were worn so fair enough I said I wanted a store creditand they said they could not give me a store credit either that I had to purchase products right there and then that added up to the amount of the citrus sandals. I picked out some earrings and of course had $8:00 left and I was not going to put any more money into this store knowing how I was treated for this returnso you would think the store manager at this point would credit my account for ******** they could not even do that! What happened to making the customer happy?? I will never step into ************ Spade store again in ********* ****. The ***************** was rude and disrespectful. Again, I know I wore the shoes out of the store but I would think if you saw the blisters on both feetthat You would at least make me happy by either crediting my account and counting this as a damage product or giving me a store Credit and they would not do either. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY???

      I bought a **** Spade Bathing suit about 2 years ago, I wore it about 10 times.Wash it on delicate in a machine with cold water and no agitator. The bathing suit is damaged in the back. You can see through it in the area where it is damaged. I emailed **** Spade today. My first response was they are sorry but they do not handle problems with **** Spade retail store purchases or any other store that sells their products, They then go on to tell me about contacting Lenox about purchasing Lenox at 50% off because they are owned by **** Spade. I dont even understand why they would tell me this, Who cares about *****, I then send back and email asking why they even wrote this to me, I also asked for a corporate email. They then replied that they are sorry about the problem with my dress but again the same story as stated above. They cant do anything for me, I sent another email saying thats its nice that they dont even really read the emails because Im writing about a defective bathing suit, They sent the same email back changing the dress to a swimsuit. What kind of customer service is this, Their products are over priced and they are cheaply made. Never buy anything **** Spade. I have bathing suits that are *************************************************************** perfect condition

      Buyer Beware - This company has gone completely downhill and the customer service experience shopping online is the absolute worst. They need to address their IT issues with system defaulting addresses to ones that DO NOT exist. For some apparent reason, their system defaults to invalid numeric address (same st, city, state and zip) for my address. NO ONE can explain it, I am not getting my packages. When they do a forceful override, it gets hung ** in the system and I am unable to get my merchandise. I am seeing instances where people are spending hundreds of dollars to NOT get their product. Then the *** has the audacity to tell you that you will not get your refund until item has been checked in at warehouse. So... you take my money, you shipped to incorrect address, package gets sent back to warehouse, you hold my money for 10 days and I am left without my package. Out of the countless members I've spoke with, only 2 were decent enough to "try" and help. To no avail.....still no product and NO ONE can explain why it is held up. "How can a designer name be a 1.08 out of 5 stars?" Well, this is why along with the countless other experiences people are dealing with.
