    On 17 January 2025, I bought through the official website of 5Star Niagara Falls Tours four tickets for the Niagara Falls Tour + **** ** *** **** **** for Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9:00 am - 11:00 am. The total paid for this tour was of USD 237.52.

    On Sunday, April 20 2025, I received an email from 5Star Niagara Falls Tours stating that due to weather conditions the tour I booked would not take place and the company presented two options including flexible rescheduling or full refund. I have been contacting them via email eversince to understand how to get refunded, however, they have been unresponsive and has not tried to get in touch with me to resolve the issue.

    Date of transaction was August 16th. Charge was for 70.80$ we had showed up for the viewing for Niagara Falls night show and fireworks and there was no guide present. It was raining outside as well so assuming that’s why there was no guide at this tent. Waited 10 minutes past and no one showed up except for 1 other couple. I had called the number provided and went to voicemail the 3 times I had called. I left a voicemail the last time and I requested a phone call back and a refund of the now show of the night guide. I emailed them the following day with no response. Saturday (8/17) I received an automated email to leave a yelp review. I did leave a review regarding for the matter and still no response. Just am wanting the funds back that was charged for the 70.80$
