    My two kids signed up for kicking boxing with the Burn Kickboxing location in North Syracuse New York. After three lessons 3/14/24 & 3/17/24,3/2+/24 they wrre no longer interested(the packages included 2 lessons per week. . The owner of the facility continued to take payment out of my checking account every Monday even thought my kids were no longer coming. These payments of 78 dollars came out of my account for four weeks( 4 Mondays)of my kids not attending. The owner named Curtis said there was no way to stop these automatic payments and came up with the idea to use those funds towards the next six weeks of classes that started 4/22/2024. My one child attended a session on 4/27/24 where due to sensory issues she is no longer wanting to return at all. I contacted the owner Curtis on 5/4/2024 to inform him my kids are not coming back and I want my money refunded that was taken out of my account on 3/25/24, 4/1/24, 4/8/24, 4/15/24 each transaction was for $78. Curtis has refused to refund me and even tried to persuade my husband to join , in a tactic to over shadow not returning my funds immediately. I'm very upset about the refusal of my funds given my family is on a tight week to week budget. I just want my money refunded.
