    We have purchased three chihuahuas from Howe Farms in the last thirteen years. They all have had great personalities. They are well socialized as puppies with the Howe family and are people oriented. They are beautiful dogs and are small but not fragile. I would always choose to get a puppy from the Howes because I trust them to have well adjusted, healthy dogs.
    Randee Howe has great communication. She is supportive and easy to work with. She helps to place older dogs who need homes. I always feel that the Howes care about their dogs and puppies. They are experienced and wise breeders.
