I cancelled the Disinfect with Pheromone Neutralizer in October 2022. I was assured that I would receive a refund for the $450.00. I waited for a few credit card cycles. When the amount had not been refunded, I began calling in January and emailed in February. I have been calling and leaving messages. I did get through and was assured that the owner would give me a call and refund my money. I did not hear from her for a few weeks so I made another phone call. As of today, I have not received the refund or a follow up phone call from the owner.

I do not have supporting documents but I do have dates of emails and phone calls if they are needed.

I called "Wildlife Management" (owner Stephanie Boerman) to remove a bird that was trapped in my chimney in August. Stephanie and a helper came out to do an assessment on 8/22/22 and told me that there was one bird stuck in the chimney and a nest of birds at the top. I'm not sure how they knew that because they were unable (they said due to state law) to get onto the roof for an inspection, but they assured me that there was a nest up there. Stephanie said she would write up an estimate and email it to me. Estimate arrived later that day for $895 for wildlife removal and cleaning/disinfecting all areas [$395] and for installing a "custom chimney cap" [for $495]. Stephanie told me in person (although it wasn't written on the estimate) that the "wildlife removal" would include removing the nest /babies and humanely "rehoming" them as well as removing another birds' nest wedged behind a drain pipe. At the bottom of the estimate was printed: "Please review this report at your convenience: if you would like to schedule service, please contact us." Before I had a chance to review the estimate or call them, a workman appeared in our backyard on the morning of 8/25/22 and started putting a ladder on the roof without ringing the bell or identifying himself as being with Wildlife Management. He and his fellow worker got the bird out alive (by running a reverse vacuum and blowing him out the chimney, which took all of 5 minutes). However, the workers said there was no nest of baby birds on top of the chimney to remove or rehome. Furthermore, when they said they were done with the work, I went outside to see if I could see the chimney cap. The worker said he wasn't able to install it due to our type of chimney (even though we have one on our other chimney which is the same style) so he instead put in a "galvanized steel plate" and a mesh screen. After they left, I realized the nest behind the drain pipe wasn't removed. A later inspection by a reputable co. showed no steel plate
