Do NOT hire them! We had bats move into our attic and she was supposed to install one way exits for the bats, so they could leave but not return to the house. She requested payment up front, which was several thousand dollars (*red flag, right there!). Her technicians installed the bat exits, which were completely ineffective, and we have been unable to get in contact with her since. The bat colony is very much alive and well in our attic, and she has been unresponsive about follow up work or any sort of refund. She had her money. This "business" is nothing more than a scam. If you value your time and money, choose anyone else for wildlife issue management.

This would be "0" stars if that was an option. I have NEVER posted a review in my entire life. Stephanie B******, the owner came to my home in June to give an estimate on a bat exclusion. She was here for about 20 minutes and I was very clear in showing her EXACTLY where the bats were exiting and entering my chimney. They were coming and going from a space in between the bricks. She gave me the estimate which was to include experienced techs to come and place the exclusion device (a one way door so that bats can leave but cannot return), allow a couple of weeks for bats to exit then return to spray phermones and a disinfectant down the chimney to kill any histoplasmosis in the bat guano left behind. They are also supposed to drop a camera down the chimney to view the interior ensuring all bats have exited and then seal up the entry points. We scheduled the appt for September to comply with NYS law because the bat's maternity season would be over and all the juveniles would be able to exit the chimney successfully. When the techs arrived, they thought the bats were in my attic. I redirected them to the chimney. I contacted Stephanie to let her now and she said it was her fault for not telling them. They placed the exclusion device, came back a few weeks later with 3 chimney caps (not part of the original estimate). They did not seal the brick where the bats are STILL entering and exiting and Stephanie has not returned my call after multiple attempts over the course of a week. Bats continue to reside in my chimney and the owner does not care. She does not have "techs" that are knowledgable because she has not bothered to educate them on bats. They are very nice young men working under the table but unfortunately have no idea what they are doing. That is a danger to them (they did not know what histoplasmosis was) and a potential liability for the homeowner and the business owner refuses to be accountable. There are so many more details, no space for them

Do not use this company! Did an internet search for squirrel removal. Made contact through what appeared to be a national list of professionals (* *** Animal Control). We heard animal sounds in soffits at night and believed it to be a squirrel. Wildlife Management was supposedly the "expert" serving our area. Owner Stephanie Boerman, came to our home for an "inspection" the next day (11/17). She told us she "saw" a squirrel on our roof near a dormer roof intersection. She never got out a ladder to inspect the roof and eaves (easily accessible). She talked at length about her plan to remove the squirrel and prevent re-entry. Cost 1088.75 due at the first visit. Within a few days, two men came over with a ladder. Again there was no further assessment done. They went up to the area Stephanie suspected, and "installed" a one-way trap. The soffit sounds continued for the next few weeks. We suspected improper installation (or location) of the trap, and probable lack of liability insurance for workers and/or damage. Through word-of-mouth, we found a reputable pest/wildlife removal company (**). The ** did a comprehensive assessment by inspecting the roof, and removed the improperly installed trap (large gaps that allowed squirrel to avoid trap). The ** assumed we had flyer squirrels because we heard sounds only at night. With close inspection and placement of a video camera & baits in our attic, flyer squirrels and bats were identified. Traps were properly installed, and with use of an additional video camera, 4 flyer squirrels were trapped and taken 10+ miles away, and the entry points sealed. The bats will be taken care of when it gets warmer (more active). On 12/9, Wildlife Management workers arrived at the house to remove their trap. We gave them the removed trap, and told them to do no further work. We informed Stephanie that we returned their trap, and that we had photos of the improper/ineffective installation. No response whatsoever - she had her money!
