    CKNY Agency was recommended to me by a colleague, who was spot on. The owner reached out quickly after the initial introduction. The process of engaging with my VA was a wonderful experience. This was my first time hiring a VA.I completed the Agency's questionnaire and was provided my VA's resume. We got on a call and immediately connected with our backgrounds and high quality standards for our work.After providing my brand guidelines and from our conversation, the first set of social media posts from my VA was as if I wrote them myself. I was Blown Away! Such a positive experience.This relationship is progressing without incident. We have timely exchanges each day to answer questions and provide updates. I also meet bi-weekly with the owner for additional support and updates.Collaborating with CKNY Agency has been a wonderful addition to my one-person organization.
