    Just as others have stated, I filed a claim in May ****************************************************************************** compensation for my trip that was canceled due to a medical emergency. This company really is a joke, and the cruise line should be ashamed to be associated with this type of fraudulent behavior.

    The worst company EVER!!!! I have been waiting on a claim for a refund on a cruise that was canceled due to COVID - All supporting documents and proof was submitted. I was promised that I would get an email from a manager with an estimate and that never happened. Now, all they do is place me on eternal hold whenever I call and ask to speak with a manager. The company refuses to give me anything except a response of "keep waiting"! It's been over 4 months, I'm still waiting on my claim to move to "In Process", which means they haven't even started on my claim. I have simply asked that I be given an estimated timeframe of how long I'm expected to continue to wait, and it seems to be impossible for them to give me an answer. There is no way that they can't figure out how long it's taking them to process claims. I will NEVER EVER purchase insurance through AON again. I fear that they are out of money or something, that they have to wait on new money to come in from new sales before they can pay out the claims that they have. Why else could they not provide me an estimate as to how long it should take to process my claim.

    AON AFFINITY TRAVEL INSURANCE is a very deceptive company. Horrible customer service. Filed a small claim on June 6,2022 and it has been over 100 days now. Status on the claim has been the same since DAY ONE. THE *** CRUISE LINES NEED TO GET RID OF THIS COMPANY AND GIVE ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY the millions of dollars they receive from the thousands of travelers each week on these cruises!!! I will not take a cruise again with *** or pay anyone money that is affiliated with AON AFFFINITY TRAVEL.

    Not sure how or why this "insurance" company is still in business. ******** ****** ***** destroyed my luggage in May of 2022, and at first, said they would pay for the damage, then changed their mind and refused. ******** instead told me to file a claim with ***. Unfortunately, as others have stated in reviews, we all get the runaround and lame excuses. *** admits they have what they need to substantiate the claim but refuses to do so. Both *** and ******** need to be put out of business forever!

    Unbelievable. Spoke to a supervisor on 9/22/22. Sent claim forms in in June of 2022 and still awaiting a resolution. Supervisor told me claims department will contact me in 2-3 days. When I asked for the phone number, they said there was no phone number to give me. I have waited for 4 months. This is the worst company to deal with. Do not use them?

    Same as everyone else we have been getting the run around from these scam artists! We filed our claim 3 MONTHS ago after we had to cancel our cruise following an injury. We were able to reschedule the cruise for 2 months later but had to come up with another $11,000 since we hadnt yet received reimbursement from AON. We had faith they would actually do what theyre supposed to do. I have emailed and called multiple times and get the same lies every time about how they are behind due to an increase in claims. I guess maybe legal action against the cruise line will be required since they sold us this horrible product.

    This company should be ashamed of their behavior. Filed a claim in late June with final documentation submitted on 7/4/2022. Still waiting for resolution. Have called **************** numerous times and still no contact, although they say that there is no problem with the documentation and the claim is "being processed." Our issue is the same as others. Could not take the cruise because my husband tested positive at the port although we had a negative test before leaving on the trip. So are out cruise costs plus hotel and transportation home. It is not really a complex claim so why the wait. I now will be sending a complaint letter to their CEO and moving to other social media channels. Maybe the negative PR will get me somewhere, although I would think that their horrible BBB rating should be a wakeup call.

    This company is AWFUL!!! My husband had a stroke so naturally I had to cancel as I am his caregiver. They are only wanting to pay a small portion of my cruise costs. The sole purpose of cruise insurance is to get your money back in case if things like this. I will be disputing their charges on my credit card and if anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit I will definitely be in!!

    I tested positive for covid. ******** would not let me cruise. All my paperwork is completed. It has been 2 months and they still say they're working on it. Shame on this company. I will never use them again. No one should use this company.

    Has anyone taken Aon travel insurance to court for nonpayment on a Covid claim? How about appealing to your State insurance commissioner? We have followed *** rules on a claim and now they are denying it.
