    *** sold us on purchasing *** Travel Protection Insurance. Our trip which *** booked, was interrupted due to a ****** Airlines canceled flight the morning of our cruise in July 2022. In an effort to still make the cruise were forced to pay additional out of pocket to purchase new airfare on another carrier that was able to get us to our destination on-timd. All supporting documentation was uploaded to the *** site on July 11, 2022 along with their trip interruption claim form. It is now September, three days shy of two months since our claim was submitted. We've cleared and the reps read a standard script repeating what we can see online. We pushed a d were routed to a more senior level rep that apologized and said he would note our inquiry in the file for the claim adjuster. We are talking well over $1,000 is due back to us! HELP US, BBB, PLEASE!

    This company is horrible. I have been fighting since July 14,2022 to get our money back for a cruise we could not go on since my husband had part of his foot amputated. You would think this would of been a no brainer and our money would of been returned . But here we are 4 months later still fighting. They want me to do all their leg work. I got the phone number , the email and the fax number of who they needed to contact in order to get the info they needed but after 4 weeks they still have not called to get the info needed to approve my claim.

    Just terrible, filed a claim in June 15 todays is September 7 , 82 days still no answer, just garbage! I both this insurance from a *** cruise, I will never use this 2 company again ! Don ***** your money

    Im now 5 months of incompetence with Aon Travel purchased thru ******** ****** *****. Myself and 2 sisters are owed approximately $10,000 combined when we left the trip early due to the death of our sister. When I found these reviews yesterday, my heart sunk. I cant believe weve relied on ******** to sell us travel insurance for approximately 25 trips weve collectively taken with them. This makes me sick.

    I have been dealing with them on a claim since Dec 21. It is now Sept, and we are still going in circles. They tell me they have all the documents, and then when I called for the gazillion time, they told me the end of Aug. It came and went, I put in a request for the adjuster to call me, and he said they would expedite the claim,--- today I get an email requesting we submit the claims= to ********* knowing they do not pay foreign claims. This is another delay tactic and scam to keep me on the hook. Meanwhile, we are still paying off the 15,0000 medical expenses on our credit cards. What a horrible experience; you can't talk to anybody that can do anything except give you more **. Does anyone know how to escalate this?

    This company is NOT one that the cruise industry should EVER be working with. I'm disgusted as a travel agent that I ever suggested this to my client. They filed a claim over a month ago and no one can tell us anything. They have people who pretend to have no way to contact anyone above them answering the phones & just play dumb saying emails will be sent. Emails are never sent. Info is not updated. They need to be shut down. How can this be allowed to go on? My client better see her money. This is unacceptable.

    It has been over 3 months since filing a claim and still no resolution. Their only reply is an excuse of higher than normal claims. Well, simply hire more processors! I would give a 0 score if allowed! They have a BBB rating of 1, probably because 0 isnt available. Sad that ********* ****** **** uses them.

    Agree with all other reviews this company is a total scam! They should be closed and put out of business immediately! If you are thinking of purchasing travel insurance do it with anyone but this company! We booked a cruise on ******* ******* in 2019 to sail in 2020. Then ***** hit and the cruise was postponed to July of 2022. ******* ******* went into financial default in April 2022 and cancelled all cruises across the board. We had purchased insurance from this company, and they are refusing to reimburse us for something totally out of our control. They are asking us to get reimbursement from our credit card company which will not dispute the charges because they are so old. We have been working on this since April and get nothing but the runaround. They closed our claim as of today stating in yet another generic letter that they dont have the documentation they need. This company is by far the WORST travel insurance company out there!!! A total rip-off!

    I booked our Travel Interruption Insurance in Nov 2021 with AON through Road Scholar for a trip to ****** . The trip started in Apr 2022 and I had an accident and was in the hospital for a week and my wife, and we could not continue our trip. Filed all of the necessary paperwork in May 2022 for a total of $20k. As of end Aug 2022 (4 months later) have not received a ***** from AON. Just get half baked answers from everyone that I talk to just like all of the other reviews. All of the negative comments by other users are totally correct. The only positive part of this experience is that my Supplemental Insurance policy paid a major portion of the medical costs within two months. Any company or individual who uses AON is in for lousy, frustrating, negative experience. BUYER BEWARE!

    What a jokea simple claim took more than 2 months and denied because they don't hav anyone who understands simple english on phoneall they do is read pre-written statements..
