    We were supposed to depart for our cruise with ********* Cruise Lines on May 22nd. On May 21st I tested Positive for Covid-19. I sent on my Positive PCR test and all other required document and the claim filed on June 6th. *** refunded their part within the first week of cancellation. I am waiting on over $1,800 from Aon Affinity and have contacted them over half a dozen times, spoke to two supervisors. The initial person who answers phone is reading from a script and tells you thank you for your patience as they are dealing with a heavy amount of claims. When I finally get a supervisor on the phone they tell me my claim is still under review but that all documents seem to look satisfactory. They have never sent an email or tried to contact me in any way since I have filed the claim. It is now August 29th and I still have heard nothing..

    I broke my back before a cruise and have been trying for months for a reimbursement from AON travel insurance and the only person I get on the phone and keep getting told they are back up and can take more than 21 days. I filed with all the correct paper work and X-rays of my broken back on 7/5/22 and now its 8/29/22 and nothing ! Very shady company that all the cruise lines use

    Wow ! I have been waiting for a small payment on a claim from back in March of 2022.. All instructions for submission were followed and my claim has been on a review status FOREVER. I'm a ******** ***** cruiser who doesn't sail without purchasing their Travel Protection Plan backed by AON. After reading all these previous complaints, I AGREE 100%. These customer claims are similar to mind. AON ratings are in the Toilet ! I could only visualize if "God Forbid" hopefully never; the need to file a major $$$$ claim becomes necessary. I would definitely require the services of a Law Firm to represent me. It is evident by reading all these complaints that *** likes to play "hard ball" with folks filing claims. Then as a consumer, you should also respond to the challenge. AON is a HORRIBLE Company to deal with and their representatives are worst !

    I purchased travel insurance thru ***** ******* - cancel for any reason which is supplied by Aon. This has been a disaster. The claim was processed incorrectly and they still owe me over $5,000 dollars and it has been months. Contacting **** ******* was so frustrating and then dealing with ******* would strongly recommend NOT purchasing travel insurance thru **** *******. Both companies should be ashamed. I have been given the run around since April - it is now the end of August. Shame shame on both of you.

    I booked a cruise and this was the company the cruise line offers when purchasing additional insurance at the time of booking. What a mistake. We have been waiting for $3,600 since May 28, 2022. Today is August 25, 2022 and all I am ever told is that if more documentation is needed, I will be contacted. Its been assigned to an adjuster, but they cant/wont tell me who. Im disgusted that my refund is being held hostage and accruing interest with the credit card company.

    I wish I would have looked this company before I purchased travel insurance. This company is a scam. I hope one day someone files a class action lawsuit against them.

    I have to join the chorus of travelers who have had a bad experience with this company. Without going into details, I have been caught in the same run around loop of representatives assuring me I would hear within 3 weeks about my claim but hearing nothing. If anyone wants to start a class action suit, count me in!

    I can believe that they are getting away with not refunding people's money it's like stealing are in the governments face. I had a trip that was canceled do to health reasons I handed in all the necessary paperwork from doctor thinking that I was going to receive my refund in 21 business days. I'm owed **** hundred dollars for my trip and I feel like the ********* ****** company made up this bogus company AON so that they can keep people's money I will never book a ********* ****** line again and pass the word if I don't receive my refund

    I paid for Aon travel insurance for a family ***** to ****** with ******** ****** **** in June 2022. My husband was positive for Covid .They gave us only part of the money back. We could not send an appeal online, only by mail.We sent the appeal and receive no response. There is no actual person to talk to about not receiving the money. This company is a joke.

    They take forever 90 days plus to pay claims. U can get a customer service representative quickly but they can only repeat what you see online and are unable ( ir unwilling?) To escalate or dig into why claim process which, I might add, is underwritten by **** insurance, is taking so long.
