    I rescheduled a trip from **** ******* from May to September . Filed a refund and am still waiting 58 days later. Horrible service and went thru issues after issues and will never use them again. It was due to death in family.

    We filed a claim Jun 3 and it is August 15. We have contacted them twice and both times we were told they had all the paperwork and would be contacted by email. As of today there has been no notification period. There supposed time frame to review claims is 21 days. What a joke.

    I filed a claim with them which they received on June 15 (confirmed), and instead of the advertised 21 days, (and I can understand that it could take a little longer), but it has by Aug 14 already been SIXTY DAYS!!!Every time I call them I get the same sob story, that they have a heavy workload or whatever. Wonderful!I had to file a complaint with the ************** ********** of ********* Services about that miserable outfit. ******, through which I booked my travel, needs to recommends a different, but reputable travel insurance company in the future. If I dont have my claim reimbursement by Aug 29 (75 days). I will file a lawsuit against them.

    Hello, I am sick and tired of waiting for a response from AON affinity. I filed a claim on July 11th, after catching the coronavirus and being sick with my whole family. We had a cruise booked with ********* and decided to get insurance per person just in case anything would happen. And here we are, after paying EXTRA money per person to receive insurance in case of an emergency. We are tired of waiting for a response from this company, we call everyday and everyday the same rude employee responds reading a scripted paper, the employees name is **** i believe. I need my money back, this company is a disgrace and deserves no good reviews. Im tired of having patience with the experts going over my case, they have no respect for their clients. And if needed to be reminded they are working for us and not the other way around, i have been waiting for call back from a supervisor for days already. I need my money back by the end of this week if not my lawyers will be filing a lawsuit against AON affinity.

    After a ****** ***** cruise, our flight out of ************** was cancelled. We had costs of $300 for **********, and meals. I filed a claim on April 7. On May 31st I received an email saying I needed proof of cancellation. I found my boarding passes from ******** that had the word cancelled on them. I sent this in on June 8. I've had many calls where someone says they are working on this. Davy told me on Aug. 1 that everything was in and he would expedite this. A week later my claim status is still the same (waiting for proof). If I could give them a zero I would. We paid $531 for in the insurance. We have elite status with ******** and I'm not going to take their insurance any more. God forbid we had a serious problem.

    I started my refund on June 6th and still have not received my checks. I tested positive for COVID and was unable to go on my cruise. On June 16th I was alerted my checks were mailed. On July 5th, I received a message saying my checks were returned. I promptly send them a PO Box address. On July 18th I still hadn't received my refund. I emailed and was told they were being reissued. August 2nd, still no checks. I called and the manager said they would reissue and I would receive in a few days. I called back on August 8th and was told they weren't reissued, that it takes time to cancel and reissue the checks. They would not give me a timeline and said to just give them a little bit longer. They have been holding over $4,000 for 6 weeks now. I honestly don't believe my checks were ever sent. Every time I call in, it's a call center where I am speaking to ******* ***** or *** from somewhere in Asia, who is just reading off of a script and continually thanking me while I am telling them how unacceptable this level of customer service is and that it doesn't take weeks to cancel a check.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THEM FOR YOUR TRIP INSURANCE, ALL I CAN SAY IS RUN, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Our nightmare began in April 2020. We had booked a trip to ******** for our 50th wedding anniversary. My husband has since developed some health issues that prevent him from doing a lot of walking and the trip we booked was a walking tour. We have gone around and around with them for 2+ years. We have done everything they asked, filed all the reports from the doctor 3 times and still they are refusing to refund our money. So, we are out $8000.00!!! Ours was described as a NO FAULT policy, but that was a big lie. We do have a credit to be booked by the end of 2023 and can be used into ****, but there is no way we can travel with his health issues. They just don't care, they should be closed down due to unethical business policies. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE THEY AND RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAS AS YOU CAN!!!

    My husband caught covid a week before our cruise. We immediately contact Aon to cancel our cruise and submitted proof of his confirmation. I called and email inquiring on the status of refund and all they said was there were behind someone would be calling me if they require any additional information. I will be contacting them weekly just so I can have a running record that I spoke with someone. There was no problem receiving the money but there is an issue refunding it? Never again

    I just called Aon, customer service. Thier website advertising 21 business days, it has been over 27 business days. I filled my claim July 6th, today is August 4th. They said they need more time and that no one has even looked at the claim & that if someone looks at the claim it may take an additional 21 days.I would hate to pursue a class action lawsuit against the business, there is soild case here for it as well. Please process my claim by the end of next week before this becomes a PR nightmare.I am leaving a 3 star review for customer service person is very nice, they listen to ********** are understanding. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. When you pay for car insurance and get in accident your insurance company takes care of you & doesn't try to avoid you.
