    December 18th 2:18 am my boyfriend and I placed an order through ***** to get Pizza Bono. I paid 62$ and was told my estimated arrival time was between 319 and 334 my order did not arrive. I called multiple times even reached out to an employee via ******** in hopes she could help me resolve this. We received no answer other than call tomorrow the owner will be there. So on Sunday I called, I was told that there was nothing they could do because the owner wasn't there. Mean while I have been in touch with ***** customer support who kept tell me the same exact thing the employees did at the restaurant. On Monday December 19 I call again, my boyfriend spoke to the owner and the owner got ugly with us telling us he didn't need to talk to us and we need to take it up with *****, mind you I'm talking with them... they tell me they spoke to the owner who said he had previously talked to us which was a lie because we had just called them after speaking with *****. Per *****s conversation with him he told them it was delivered... the driver called multiple times....knocked on the door....that was a HUGE lie. Sunday the one of their employees made sure the order went through correctly but no driver was listed on the ticket so they couldn't even address it to them specifically. ***** will not do anything for me and neither will the owner. I am seriously so disappointed because the owner has amazing food but he is stealing almost 70 from me. I need this take care of. I called the cops they did nothing either. I called my bank because I placed it its not considered fraudulent...big mess. And I don't want to have to take this to the next level...at this point it's the principal of it. I have heard that he is a jerk, and he was very rude to us. And I received an email from *****s management a bit ago stating they couldn't do anything for me because the owner will not authorize a return. Please help me not let him get away with this. Other people have experienced this too. Help.

    BBB spoke with the owner who explained that the order was placed through *****. The business prepared the food, paid the driver, and the driver went out deliver the food. The delivery called three times but nobody answered. The business made a good effort but the consumer failed to be available for the delivery.

    I received 0 phone calls or knocks my fiance was outside waiting off an on and we were also window watching. I am not the only person who has had this experience. I want my money back. I paid 70 dollars for food I did not receive. He is unlawfully stealing my money. Its not fair. That is a lot of money to lose. I love their pizza do you think I would spend 70 dollars eat my food and then complain I didn't get it??? From a restaurant I once loved. NO. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want my money back PLEASE.
