    Our kitchen floors all big bumps and wavy when putting down floor never put appropriate subflooring down first. Creating waves and bumps all over. Rugs all coming apart some part of rugs not even glued or nailed down. We had a fire the insurance company paid us we hired lee appliance to do our work. So insurance was not involved in our decision of who we hired to do the work. Once paid that was our decision who to hire. Mr ******** tryed to make us get our insurance involved. That would be a fraud. He claims it’s the insurance decision not to put the sub flooring in first said they denied it. No we hired Lee Appliance the insurance had no decision in that. Mr ******** has put us through hoops. Told us not to call back to speak with him again or his contractors . No longer will work with him or his contractors. Will work with his insurance only. The refrigerator that we purchased also was delivered with a big dent. Mr ******** does not have any other vinyl for the kitchen floor that product he says is a discontinued color.

    Mr. and Mrs. ****** are mistaken on the events that took place. Their insurance company would not cover a new sub-floor in the kitchen and dining room. This is the second fire in this home, so there is plenty of water damage. We patched and floated the existing sub-floor to the best of our ability. The Insurance company should be held responsible for not allowing us to replace the sub-floor, that was my point. They also knew the flooring was discontinued and that there was no more available. We went to their home on two separate occasions to make repairs and Mrs. ****** would not allow us to do so, insisting that we should replace everything and install a new subfloor.  We are willing to repair the carpet seam as it is installed on our padding, not nailed down. The ******** would not pay anything out of pocket for the damages their home has endured, only what their insurance would cover. I also gave them a dishwasher at no cost to them because the insurance company would not cover their old one that was damaged.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  To resolve this we need the insurance of Lee Appliance. The insurance again has stated they are not involved we hired Lee Appliance. We will not allow Mr ********  in our home nor his subcontractor. He lied saying that we didn’t want to pay any additional money for subflooring material. Mr ******** came to house did the estimate and we paid him. It is not our fault the tile was put in incorrectly. The rugs were not put in correctly or they wouldn’t be coming apart. This man also told us about a law suit he had with ******  furniture across the street how he lost the lawsuit lost 10,000 out of the lawsuit. Begged us not to buy our furniture from them .We will state this in front of a judge. The only resolution is for his insurance to cover his mistakes.

    There can be no resolution, I made two attempts to repair.  No judge would say we are not trying to do the right thing.  So I guess the only thing left to do is go to court.
