    They are so rude and unprofessional they don’t have any courtesy or respect to reply and answer to customers tried to make an appt. after my appt. got canceled and was put on the “waitlist” and they never got back to me since then I tried so many times to get an appt. but they blow customers off and they don’t care to make business cuz I guess they got so many customers that they can care les getting more customers they never respond to emails and call the phone doesn’t even work “not in service” that’s so unprofessional and rude! I want make an appt. and I guess they don’t care to make business whoa it’s been two months and they still have not responded to my email wow shame

    First of all, I’d like to say that I, Kristen am the owner of In Living Color tattooing. This complainant has previously been a customer of one of my artists in the past and has made my artist a bit uncomfortable . We are a private studio and therefore, are not obligated to work on anyone if we feel uncomfortable with them as a person or their chosen design.  Since Covid, we have dropped our landline, which is one of the reasons we are so difficult to get in touch with and the other is that we are booked out months in advance and if we do by chance have an opening it’s only due to a cancellation.  This particular individual wants to make an appointment and we aren’t available for it. I’m not willing to NOT do someone else’s appointment when they have come in the studio, given us a deposit, consulted artistically about a design and been courteous to myself and my staff.  I am at this time UNWILLING to work with this person now or ever, and am uncomfortable being bullied into it.  There are many studios in the immediate area that I’m sure would be happy to help them get the services they desire.thank you, Kristen

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.]“complainant has previously been a customer of one of my artists in the past and has made my artist a bit uncomfortable “  I don’t understand how did I make one of your artists “uncomfortable”?? I never been to your studio and never had  a tattoo done by your artist how did I make your artist “abit uncomfortable”?????How????? And nobody is NOT bullying you into doing nothing!! So you need to quit it and stop lying ! I never been to your studio so I don’t know what you’re talking about!  You don’t know how to run a business and I think you and your artists are biased and prejudice or something is wrong which is not right !! That’s why you give excuses that your “booked out” your not that busy that your booked out! That makes nonsense!! I think there is something else issue you have that’s why. So explain how was your your one of your artist was a bit uncomfortable ? And how was you “bullied into it “????? I would like to know. I’m not a bully first of all and secondly your artists are rude and there is something else as I said might be biased ,prejudice or something like that that’s why thats the real reason probably and I never heard this before they a tattoo shop are “that busy and  booked” and lived in a city and this is Plattsburgh a small town.  You and your artists apparently have some issues whatever it is and it’s a shame and disgusting.
