Sketchy and very untrustworthy institution. They literally do with your money as they please, your account will not be protected from thiefs and you will be charged unreasonable charges for overdraft fees when the logic says if there no money why are you still paying out?. Worst baking experience ever I would put Us alliance at #1 with runner up ***** Fargo coming at #2.

Not sure if this is the exact location but I have an car loan with USAlliance . Debit autopay from my account from day 1. My loan contract says my loan will be paid in full My 2024 and now after my last payment they say I still owe .05 cent on the loan. I believe this is scam run by them to hold on to the title of my car for another month or get me to pay a fee to pay the .05. This is the worse company to deal with. Why not add the 5 cent to my last payment . I am totally outraged .

The webpage does not work properly. I tried applying for a loan, and they were charging $18 for the process fee. I tried 2 times. because both times their webpage on my phone app, and on my desktop went blank. They only refund me $18 , when they had charged me twice. At the end just got an I'm sorry, but we could only refund you only $18, and please try maybe next week. Never had this happened to me before with Marriott Credit Union.

Let me make it clear. The great rating is for *******, the team leader, who took the time and patience as she helped to solve my problem in the branch. The bank depends on a few people who are willing to go above and beyond to help solve problems. Too many of the employess go blank and if you are on the phone, transfer you; or if you are in person, they are unable to do much. The new upgrade to the banking site is a plus and that was the only way I found out that a CD I purchased had matured earlier in the year. The bank in general has much room for improvement.

This was the worst financing experience I have ever had. We used Renofi and were farmed out to USAlliance as a lender. We felt we had no choice but to wait it out with them as they had pulled our credit and had all our info. customers service is non existent, no one answers the phone. Incorrect information about closing dates, interest rates, and when we would have access to money was provided in writing via email. We were told the entire process takes 3-5 weeks. 12 weeks later we finally close on our loan.

I opened a high yield savings account on August 2, 2023. I attempted to transfer money to the account and found that it was limited to $1,000 each day. I learned that I had to get a code on my cell phone just to be able to log into the account. That is inconvenient when working from a desktop. I did make two separate $1,000 transfers into the account by ACH. After attempting several times but being unable to add my wife as a joint account holder, I decided to close the account and forget about it. I attempted to transfer the funds out of the account in $1,000 increments and the transfers failed. Later, after attempting to do this again, USAlliance locked out my external accounts. Later, they locked out my entire account and I no longer have access to my own account. I have no documentation proving that I even have an account with them. After contacting customer service support on several occasions, I was told that they needed a copy of the account that I used to fund the $2,000 showing me as the owner. I had to pull up my account, copy it. scan it to my computer and email it to them which they state they have received. Each time I call, I am told that it is in the ********************* and they could give me no further information other than it would be a "day or so". I asked for an email showing that I have the account, the amount of money in the account and why they were holding the money and when I could expect to have it released. Of course, they said it was in the ********************* and that was all they could do. Unfortunately, I am unable to get in contact with the ********************* or talk to anyone who can connect me with that department. Basically, they are holding my funds, cannot tell me why and cannot tell me when I will receive it. Communications with them is terrible. I have never seen anything like this and I have had relationships with many financial institutions in the past.

On the plus side very good CD rates. Unfortunately, when it's time to cash out and get your money back it takes a very long time. There's no ACH transfers from their bank to yours...they do allow you to transfer money into their accounts by ACH.$10 fee to get your money sent by check to you. I don't blame the **** for the slow delivery as it can't possibly take 14 days from when ** Alliance said they cut the check. Obviously they hold unto the checks as long as they think they can before sending them out.As side note they charge exorbitant penalties for early withdrawal of you CDs...6 month interest penalty on CDs of 12 months or less. 12 months penalty on 18 month or greater CDs. So plan to keep your money in until CD matures and then wait a long time for your check or pay a high wire transfer fee.
