      Waited 45 minutes for a 8 30 AM SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE at 9 15, i told the SUPER RUDE GIRL (Heather ??)at the counter i gotta go. All she said is "ok"...no apologies of any sort. Doug is also super arrogant AND unfriendly, will NEVER GO BACK. Learn some manners for your customers. All i needed was "WE ARE SORRY". It does not cost a dime to be nice, especially if you own a buisness.

      Terrible people to have working on your car.
      Doug was very rude along with the lady who answers the phone.
      I told them not to do anything to my car which it was brought in for an ac compressor problem.
      Doug became irate and verbally abused me.
      He does not know what he is doing as he could not explain what he was doing to my car.
      He had given me an outrageous price for the work that he could not explain. I had to have my car towed out of there.
      So anyone that is looking for a decent garage this is not the one. Please do not do business with these crooked people
