    I sent two rebate forms to Kobrand and they didn't reply for a few months, so I emailed them and asked the status of the rebate. They did not respond. I messaged them on ******** (their account is active) but they didn't respond. I sent more FB messages and emails but have not heard back. They have been ignoring my messages for a month now. I know they received the emails because they were marked as read. This is not professional or ethical behavior.

    I am the **** ********* ** ********* at Kobrand Corp.  I received *** ********* complaint on March 4. 

    I advised him that same day "I am sorry you did not receive a reply to your messages on our ******** page unfortunately our software erroneously flagged them as spam so our social media manager did not see them until today.  With regard to the rebate itself, I am pleased to tell you that your check was printed on Friday and went in the mail yesterday via our rebate fulfillment company.  You should receive it within ***** business days. Our rebates do take up to 12 weeks for processing, as is stated on the back of each rebate coupon; Im not sure when you sent it in but unfortunately these things do take some time to wend their way through the system."  

    I then received the BBB letter yesterday, March 24, due to being on business in ****** for 2 weeks (it was dated Feb 25, not sure when it actually arrived).  I would have had to respond to that letter by March 11 in order to hit the BBB deadline, but since I was away and did not receive the letter, I missed that deadline.  However I am pleased to confirm today that *** ********* rebate check was cashed on March 11.

    As noted, our rebates do take up to 3 months.  *** ******* received his check within 3 months of the date of purchase (I don't know when he sent it in).  I hope this is satisfactory.  I'm sorry he had a poor perception of us and again very sorry that our software flagged his ******** messages as spam so we did not receive them.
