    Total scam artist. date is 3/19/2025, I parked at HMart at ****************************************, to go shopping but stopped by the library for a quick return. When I came out of the library, my car was already hooked. I stopped the tow truck driver, and he told me I had to pay $250 in cash. When I asked to pay by credit card, he claimed he didnt have a card reader. I then called the police, but while waiting, they towed my car to their location at *********************************************Since the police took too long to arrive, I took an **** to ********************************. When I got there, they charged me $136.What a scam and a total ripoff!

    On January 26 I parked in the handicap spot at ********** in *******. Upon returning to my car I witnessed Day N Nite towing my car. He gave me the excuse that he had bank page my car but the scam is they don't page your car and one *** says they could return car for $200 cuz driver is only a block away or it can go to the pound. This is a scam and I want my money back and them reprimanded

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Day N Nite Towing regarding complaint ID ********.
    They illegally towed my handicap car from handicap spot and hid it and bribed me into paying $200 if he is able to call tow truck driver who was hiding on the next block.

    I parked at the private parking lot which houses a variety of restaurants and a supermarket located on ****************************************************************************. My wife and 9 month old daughter went for a walk around the block as she was still sleepy and not entirely hungry yet (any parent can verify, this is a fact and common occurrence) before coming back to sit at a restaurant to eat and pick up groceries. We ate at ************** and went to HMart for groceries and my wife needed a pacifier from the car for the baby and when I walked out to the car, it was gone. I called Day N Nite Towing and they informed that they had my vehicle and that I parked in the private lot, but went somewhere else. I stated that this was not true and I had receipts from ***** Baguette and H mart, and the signs clearly say "FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY" which I was...The signs do NOT state "please stay within the confines of this parking lot" or "please do not take 1 step outside of the premises" or "we will only watch you leave, but not come back so that we can tow your vehicle and hold it for ****** when you need it the most" The signs only state, parking is FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY and I have proof that I was a customer within the time that my vehicle was parked there. The driver bought the car back and rudely demanded $120 in cash otherwise he would not release my car. It was 30 degrees out and I needed the pacifier, so I had no choice. He told me if I had complaints, to call the property manager (**** - ************) who then told me to file a consumer affairs complaint, as I shouldn't have paid the towing company. However, they were holding my vehicle hostage and I needed what was inside the vehicle. Please review the Company's YELP page. They do this ALL the time. nothing but terrible reviews. **************************************************************************
