      Dr G******** lacked a professionalism. I was shocked at my treatment. Been going to him for quite awhile. I am no longer going to be going to this office or him.

      I have had 3 eye surgeries over the last 10 years at Cornerstone Eye Associates. First for a pterygium removal and later for cataracts. I was treated professionally and competently every time. My results are very good. The staff is courteous and very capable each time I went. Dr. P*** is very personable and an excellent surgeon. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

      Problems with eye pressure. Called and was given same day appointment. Service from Juan, and Dr. G**** was phenomenal. Very thorough. Will highly recommend Juan and Dr. G****.

      Dr. H***** is the very best at what he does! So happy I chose him for my Lasik surgery. Staff was all so very kind, welcoming and reassuring through the whole process. Dr. H***** has a very calm, and gentle bedside manner which will put you at ease. Highly recommend him, and wonderful staff at this office! My vision is already 20/20 on day 2 and so happy to be free from glasses!

      The Irondequoit location is extremely unprofessional and cannot get products to people in a reasonable time. Order glasses, you’ll be waiting 2 months to pick them up; order contacts, you’ll wait just about two months for those as well. And when you call to ask all they say is “we don’t have them in.” After a 5th time of calling and requesting a refund for a product that should only take 3-5 days to ship, they hung up on me. Not to mention the doctor also almost refused to write me the proper prescription for the contacts I’ve been wearing for over 10 years and made me leave the office in multifocal contacts even though I told them they made me dizzy and not able to see. Good luck to anyone that goes here, this initiated my change to a completely different office. I will never be going to cornerstone again after everything I’ve gone through with them since my appointment in September. And “Holiday business” does not account for all of this because I ordered my glasses on September 22nd and contacts on October 6th (after fighting for my doctor to write the proper prescription).
