    Worse product ever. Delivery didn’t occur as agreed upon. Machine never worked. Technical assistance isn’t available during weekends (the QC manager is the tech help) OR if he happens to be sick there is no help available. When we tried to get help, we were told we should’ve been able to tell they’re a small limited company based on his ‘title’. Upon trying to return and get reimbursed, we’re told it’s beyond the 90-day return policy, even though it was their fault delivery was delayed. They also acknowledged that it’s ‘common’ for their product to get damaged during transport. This business and product are a fraud and should be put out of business. I can only imagine the liability when the machine dispenses an incorrect dosage or wrong medication. Buyer beware! And to think New York of all places allows this to continue! Hang on to your money and don’t waste it on this!

    (1st attempt for refund 9/2/2022, well within the 90 day warranty.)
    So, this was my 2nd attempt to Pharmadva. I am returning the ********, that I purchased June 10, 2022, due to a defect in the electronic suction component.
    The ********, without warning, would not dispense the medications needed. The woman I take care of at my home had a melt down. She has a personality disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression and bipolar. I tried contacting ******** for assistance and only received voicemails. It took me a couple hours to receive assistance and to calm down my client.
    It has been explained that 24 hour technical support is not available. How can you offer a product, that handles individuals medications, and not have 24 hour technical support available? This is a lawsuit ready to happen.
    ******** needs to understand that if their product fails, it can emotionally impact the individual in need of their medications.
    I'm not a medical facility. I contacted ******** directly for more information concerning this product and It was explained to me, "If there were any problems with the ********, I would be refunded in full if within the 90 day warranty."
    When I spoke to the Financial Department, they explained there would be a 25% restocking fee, I was livid. They finally dropped it to 15% and told me there was nothing more they could do.
    A product that costs $1599.00 should be more dependable. If the product can't even last 90 days, then a full refund should be given without question.
    So, since I could not get your company to refund this product in its entirety, I am reaching out to the Pharmadva board members to refund the $239.85 restocking fee.
