I made a call to this company about water coming from my refrigerator. An agreeable time and date was agreed upon. Workmen arrived on 1/28/25 to work on my appliance which was leaking water on the floor (NO ICE MAKER). They demanded cash payment before they would do any work (NO RECEIPT). They disassembled parts of the appliance, as they said it was a freezing and thawing issue, and said that should do the trick and we should not have any further problem. We have had water on the floor beneath the appliance on a regular basis since then. I phoned the company and voiced my complaint. A VERY RUDE girl answered the phone on my second attempt to get satisfaction for the issue. She listed all the things the workmen had done, and told me to get pictures of the issue so I could e-mail them to her. I asked for the phone # so I could get them to her, and left messages on their answering machine requesting the #. All I got was a phone call from the Police, saying she told them I was harassing her. She did NOT speak to me after the call where she listed all the things the workmen had attempted to solve the issue, to no avail. - - - All I want at this point is my money back, since they did not fix the issue.

    Good afternoon,
In response to this complaint, the customer Kurt called with this compliant" HE SAYS EVERY DAY OR 2 THEY ARE CLEANING WATER OFF FLOOR FROM MACHINE" .Kurt is the person who was calling our company, not Lyn. The first thing the customer is wrong about is that the first time we went to his home was on 1/23/2025, 1/28/2025 was our SECOND time our company went to his home. Our company went out on 1/23/2025 and no water was found on the floor and we could not find anything wrong with the machine. The customer was given a receipt "see attachment". Customer called back on 1/24/2025 to say the machine is leaking water again. A another appointment was made for 1/28/2025 and WENT BACK AGAIN AND OPENED THE BACK PANEL INSIDE MACHINE AND THE BACK COVER IN THE BACK OF MACHINE AND THERE WAS NO ICE BUILD UP AND NO SIGNS OF LEAKING WATER. EXPLAIN THIS TO CUSTOMER. The customer does not have an ice maker where the water could be coming from. There was nothing we could do for them since both times we went there , we could not find any signs of water. This customer called back again and I spoke to him and told him we could notfind anything wrong with the machine, if he could take pictures of what was going on and send it to me. He did say he did not know how to do this. In his complaint he stated he did not have the number to send pictures, this is false since I did advise him that the number he was talking to me on was a cell phone and could send pictures to that number.

This customer was charged only a service call of $100.00 and we went out there 2 times and found nothing wrong. Our service call fee is non refundable and on the receipt he signed on the first visit gives him our website that gives all our terms and conditions including the service call fees. The girl he spoke to who he said was very rude was me, and I was not rude,I was trying to help him even though he was very aggressive toward me and was calling me a thief .I calmed him down and explained we can not diganoise something we can not find and would be glad to go back and look again at no charge to him, which we did. I then told him we would need pictures to see the water on the floor since we never witnessed this while we were there. We can not keep going back to a home where the last 2 times nothing was found. We are trying to run a business and going back again and again is taking away from other customers who need help. I did tell him if he had pictures of what was happening he could send them to me and I gave him my number of where to send pictures. After that he called me multiple times and each time he would never leave a message. It became a harassment situation and interrupted my business and I blocked his number. After this he started calling me on an unknown number and the first time I picked up this number he started screaming at me. I told him I would be calling the police if this continued. He then threatened us with calling the attorney general. I feel our company has gone above and beyond to help this customer all for the service call fee of $100.00 and I am unwilling to refund this fee.

Also 0ur company does not demand Cash payment before any work is done, we collect payment at the end of the initial service call.

Our ** Dryer Model #************ Serial #********* stopped working in the beginning of February 2024. I contacted ** Appliance Repair Service to have a repair company come out to our house for service. I received a call back in a few days and scheduled an appointment on
February 23, 2024 by the company contracted by ** called
APlus Services 5597 State Route 233, Rome New York 13440 ###-###-####.
The service representative arrived and started to take apart our machine, my husband was with him while he was in our laundry room removing the top control panel part of our machine. My husband stated to me that he seemed confused and baffled because he was unable to remove the front part of our machine to get to the control panel on the inside. He tried looking in the back of the machine to see if there was another access point but was confused he could not get to the inside panel. He advised my husband that he would have to go back to the shop and try to contact ** Appliance Services for further instructions as to how to access the panel he needed to get to in order to repair the machine. He stated to my husband that he would be back to finish the job and repair our dryer. The dryer was left with the from control panel removed and sitting on the floor waiting for him to come back as he promised too.

I received a phone call on March 4th 2024 from the repairman that had came to our house to try to fix our dryer on February 23, 2024. The repairman that left our machine in parts told us that he contacted ** Repair Services and tried to get directions on how to complete the repair of our dryer. He stated he was unable to get any info from them and that he cannot complete the repair of our machine as promised. He said there was nothing else he could do. I asked him about the fee and about how our dryer is sitting in pieces, he had no concern and was very belligerent & nasty to us at this point in the conversation. He told us we got his services and hung up on me!
