      my daughter bought a ********** broke down after time she could return to ************ people come.first one did not know what was wrong.second one coming did not show or call on sheduled day because he knew what was wrong by notes from first tech.he showed up and said he fixed freezer.after he left freezer was so hot you could not put hand on it.called ge they said unplug it and service tech would return.they did not after waiting for them.they closed ********** it is still unusable after four ************** is Appliance Repair | G&G Appliance Service - ******** ************

      at this time i have not been in contact with them ,but   GE  sent a replacement the day before G & G was to come look at freezer

      I dont know if this is what you want to hear 

      but the freezer was finally replaced by manufacturer

      Multiple appointments for service of a Kitchenaid refrigerator. Initial representative ******** did not seem like he knew what he was doing. ordered parts and said required follow up. Charged over $500. After multiple reschedules / no shows it was determined parts weren't needed - simple issue of frozen part. When a different technician came out (Beau) he stated should've been resolved one visit and fixed it. Took the parts back with him but supervisor ******** ******** wouldn't refund for parts after reaching out 5 plus times i asked for refund multiples prior to because i had lost multiple days of work for this and could've night a new refrigerator with the monies lost - ******** refused and asked for opportunity to resolve.

      This business is awful and customer ********************** is worst. Called whirlpool to service our washer. Was sent to this company. Scheduled a service on 2/8. Got a call due to worker sick and needed to reschedule for a week later. After speaking to representative was able to come 2/12 instead. Came and said needed a new door lock. Ordered part that day and scheduled appointment for that Friday 2/16. Got a message worker called in sick again needed to reschedule. Called back was informed no one is sick part not in. Rescheduled for Friday 2/23 stating part would be in. No call no show happened. Started calling the company for 2 hours. No one answered. Left multiple messages to call back. No call. Got ahold on ***** after 4pm. Stated he was the only one working, everything left early for the day and no notes as to why this happened, will file a report and get an answer next week. Asked to speak to supervisor. Refused and hung up. Called back **** answered stated 5 people working including *****************************. Spoke to her stated in a meeting and when in meeting cant help. Stated part is indeed in stock and there but no idea why no one is getting it. Cant reschedule app until go and get part. Refusing to help. Said she could ship part to house overnighting it. Refused to schedule appointment to service stated no one works on weekend. Stated would call back in the morning because she works. Refused complete refund only talked about discount but then refused. No call on Saturday. Called office all day, stated to call back when open message stated open sat from 8-5. Then no one answer, unable to leave message and hangs up. Everyone are liars and thieves. Lazy and instead of doing job lies to customers to get out of doing anything. Took money for service, parts and fixing washer. Still broken. Wasted time and vacation time.

      Have a washer that wouldnt unlock the door. Called Whirlpool who sent me to this company. Scheduled a service for Thursday Feb 8. Confirmed the day before. That afternoon got a call need to reschedule worker called in sick. Said couldnt come for a week, but then after relooking at schedule, scheduled for Monday 2/12. Came out and said needed to order a door lock, which he did and was paid for the service, part and coming back to fix it. Scheduled to come back Friday 2/16. Got a call that morning that service man called in sick. Called back and was told no one is sick dont have part in (lied to). Rescheduled for 2/23 and assured it would be in by then. Confirmed appointment. On the day the worker was a no call no show. Called the office for over 2 hours no response. Finally spoke to **** after 4pm he said he doesnt know why he didnt show, can file a report and someone will get back to you next week. When asked for a supervisor stated he was the only one working and everyone left early. Then he hung up. Called back spoke to **** stated 5 others working and manager ******** was in. Tried to speak to her no answer. Called back spoke with her and was told in meeting and no one was available to help. Then said part wasnt in but said in system it states is in stock and in but no one is picking it up. Refused to help. Stated need to reschedule once they have part in hand but cant say when that is. Asked for refund but only stated could give a partial. Said would shop part to my house but wont schedule anything until part is in hand and may be a while to get on schedule. They lie, are unhelpful, lazy, and useless. Thieves that steal your money and time. Take advantage of a mother with 4 children youngest being a infant.

      G & G APPLIANCE WAS SENT TO MY HOME AFTER THE ********************* WARRANTY EXPIRED ON THE WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR. I HAD TWO DIFFERENT ***** WITH APPOINTMENTS ON 7/7/23, 8/1/23,8/23/23,8/25/23, 11/3/23, 11/9/23. ****** IS ONE OF THE ***** THAT CAME TWICE TO MY HOME & POINTED A TEMPERATURE GUN IN FRIDGE & SAID IT'S WORKING FINE. CLOSED THE FRIDGE & SAID THAT EVEN THOUGH I MAY HAVE ITEMS FREEZE, THAT THERE'S A "LAW IN NY" THAT AFTER 3 SERVICE CALLS FOR THE SAME ISSUE, THEY MANUFACTURER WILL REPLACE THE ***** HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME AT A TIME WHEN HE COULD CALL THE **** SUPPORT LINE "WHILE IN THE HOME" SO THEY COULD TROUBLE SHOOT. HE ATTEMPTED TO CALL, HOWEVER, THE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT OPEN @ 8:29AM SO HE HUNG UP AND LEFT THE HOME. WHIRLPOOL STATED THE **** PUT HE CALLED THE SUPPORT LINE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. HOW CAN **** BE TOLD IT IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY WITHOUT BEING IN FRONT OF THE FRIDGE TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS? THIS ***** REPAIRMAN HAS COST ME THE ***** OF THE FRIDGE. WHIRLPOOL HAS CLOSED THE FILE STATING THERE IS NOTHING MORE TO DO. I HAVE THROWN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF FOOD AWAY SINCE THE FRIDGE WAS DELIVERED AND NOW OUT THE COST OF THE FRIDGE DUE TO WHAT IS REPORTED "AFTER" THEY LEAVE THE HOME. I CALLED G&G & SPOKE TO "********" WHO SAID ON 1/4/24 THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME BACK. I HAD TO CALL ***** BACK TODAY & AGAIN GOT ******** WHO WAS RUDE, SHORT COMING AND "DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT" FROM ME. I ASKED WHY THE MANAGER DID NOT RETURN MY CALL, & HER RESPONSE IS THAT "SHE" IS THE MANAGER. SO THEN ASKED FURTHER THEN WHY WOULD SHE SAY THAT TO ME? SHE AVERTED THE QUESTIONS AND ABRUPTLY, ****** AND LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL STATED SHE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR ANYMORE ABOUT HER ***** & SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK YET AGAIN. THIS "REPAIR COMPANY" FALSIFIED THEIR FINDINGS & BECAUSE OF THAT WHIRLPOOL WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FURTHER.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by G & G Appliance regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       G & G sent me a text message on 1/17/24 stating they would be coming by on 1/18/24 between 9am-12noon.  *** showed up at 1:30pm and did not speak English. Why would they send a non English speaking technician to me?    **** took a picture of the sticker inside the refrigerator with model, serial number, etc, then called the office and spoke to ******* who said he would interrupt for him.  That is the only "service" he performed while at my home.  After 10 minutes of ******* and *****************, ******* stated that he had the technician set the temperatures to the manufacturer settings.  He advised to give it 7-10 days and call him directly at ************ if the same problems persist. I rehashed to him in case he was not aware that Whirlpool will NOT do anything for me because of HIS technicians false reporting.  He replied that there is no case with Whirlpool from me, and I assured him there was and have multiple reference numbers.   I gave it a bit longer than suggested and called ******* at the number provided on 2/2/24. (this was not a direct phone number, but the general office number) ******** answered and said she would forward me to *******.  I received ********* voicemail where I left a message stating that the settings his tech set made the problem worse.  The fridge was colder than before, therefore more food froze. I have not received a return phone call or communication to date.

      GG came to repair my Frigidaire dishwasher which was under the original warranty. In the process, they broke a piece on the dishwasher and never reported doing so to Frigidaire. They wont take responsibility and Frigidaire is telling me that such damage isnt covered under the manufacturer warranty and I am stuck with a broken dishwasher thats less than a year old.

      Service technician came to repair a leaking water dispenser on our Frididaire refrigerator. The technician said the job was fixed and left. The refrigerator is STILL leaking and I called the company to tell them and they said I would have to reschedule. I took a day off from work to be here for this appointment. When I called, a guy told me he couldnt help and then hung up on me. Terrible business. Wore shoes in the house and got mud on carpets.

      Service appointments are not kept. The company does not communicate with their customers if an appointment is running late or will not be kept. I had 5 appointments cancelled/serviceman a no show. Chronology of appointments is as follows.My first service repair appointment was for Oct 9. The day before, I received a call that the serviceman was unavailable. Rescheduled for Oct 12 between 1-4pm.On the morning of Oct 12, I received a call that the serviceman was again not available. Rescheduled for Oct 24 between ****pm.On Oct 24, when the serviceman had not arrived by 4pm , I called and was assured he was running late but on his way. He never showed. At 4:47pm I received a call that he would not be coming. I left a message with the service manager detailing my dissatisfaction and requesting a call back. No call was received.They automatically rescheduled (via text) for Oct 26, As I was unavailable that day, I rescheduled for Nov 6 between 1-4. On Nov 6, once again, the serviceman was a no show. I called at 4pm, and was told he was on a big job and "probably wouldn't make it that day. The company reached out by text at 5:33pm apologizing for the inconvenience and asking to reschedule for today Nov 9. I agreed but indicated it had to be a morning appointment to which they responded "sure we will". I received a text on Nov 8 informing me an appointment had been scheduled between 12- 3pm not morning as promised. On Nov 9, by 3pm, once again the serviceman was a no show. I called and the company indicated he was still working on the job ahead of me. I then cancelled and indicated I was not doing any further business with their company. Apparently there have been many complaints registered about this company for this very reason.

      Company sent technician out to fix a washer. Broken other part came back broken. Other part came back broken other part. After breaking all the parts said the washer was unrepairable.Warranty company will only give me 300 for the washer. Which I paid 700 for or I can get my 300 back from the warranty. But not the money for the washer.I want the washer repaired. Or replace that's all I'm asking. Company doesn't return calls on hold for hours.And the technician lied. After all the time, he came back. He said that it was corroded and it was unreparable. If it was corroded, he should have said that the first time he came not the fifth time

      Whirlpool sent them to service my dishwasher, a brand new dishwasher, mind you that never worked from the get-go that I purchased from *********** He came on September 8th, and we never heard from him again. I had to call whirlpool to get the number of the company he worked for. He never filed with the company that he even came to my house and he never ordered the parts. I then had to have my daughter call whirlpool again to get to the bottom of it. I had to call gng several times and they would just hang up you would push different buttons just to get to different parts of the business and no matter what they would put you on hold for 12 minutes 30 minutes sometimes up to an hour and then the phone would just hang up. These people are a big sham. When I finally got through to them they said the service person finally put in the order and then the part would come to my house and then I would have to call back and set up another service appointment for them. I said how can I call back when every time I call you just hang up on me. I will have had this brand new dishwasher that hasn't worked for over 2 months by the time this supposed part comes in. And then I have to call them to install it I'm never going to get through please somebody help me. I'm at my **** end. Dealing with these third party contractors are horrible. I'm not sure why Whirlpool even uses them as I'm scrolling through the Better Business Bureau I see that they have complaint after complaint.
