      I had a repair scheduled for 8/31. The day before the appointment was confirmed with a repair window of 2-5pm. Nobody showed up to complete the repair and I received no phone call. I called the service line at 5:15pm and was told then that the technician wouldnt be coming. I took a half a day off of work and waited for a no show repair to happen after the company confirmed the night before. I didnt even receive the courtesy of a phone call to let me know they were not coming. When I called the service line I requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor would not take my phone call. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for the repair to be rescheduled. The customer ********************** is terrible.

      * and * appliance has the ** ******** contract for extended warranty on my dishwasher.In June the * and * technician showed up and stated a new part had to be ordered for my dishwasher and that I would be notified when part was available.I received e mail to schedule appointment because part finally came in.* and * appliance appointments were scheduled 3 x to install part-They were a no no show each time- In one instance * and * stated repair person running later in another they stated appointments were mistakenly scheduled because technician had filed for medical leave.I tried to reschedule multiple times- However phone call is disconnected before you can reschedule.I want dishwasher repaired and will be filing a complaint with ** ******** regarding the poor performance of this contractor ******

      ************ is a complete scam. ************ is used by frigidaire for warranty carrying out. We have not had a working dishwasher in 2 months. They have scheduled us three times for times that were outside the window they originally told us. They have scheduled us twice where we changed our work schedules to be available and have not shown up. Impossible to get in touch with, no management to speak to, and rude when you do get someone on the phone (after hours of waiting) ************ needs to be put out of business.

      On May 2nd I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator that was covered by a 1 year warranty. On July 2nd the compressor went on the new unit, as confirmed by the service man from the place of purchase. Since it is under warranty, I had to go through Whirlpool customer **********************. They set me up with G and G appliance. To date they have been a no show 3 times and now have a 4th appointment next week. I have been without a refrigerator for almost a month in the middle of summer and now stuck hoping they show up next week. I am very dissatisfied with their business practices.

      My refrigerator was not working. Its under warranty. I bought it from Lowes so Lowes put me in touch with the insurance company in return. Put me in touch with G&G appliances. so I make an appointment for them to come and find out whats wrong with my refrigerator so I make the appointment GG called me back the day before saying their guy wasnt gonna be here that he called in sick. This is not the first time Ive had this happen to me withG&G its been ongoing for over a week. Finally somebody comes to look at my refrigerator. He open the door a few times. And the freezer, he plugged it back in because I unplugged it not knowing if it was gonna catch my house on fire and thats all he did. He wont look at the video that I took of what it was doing he left and said I will have an answer in two weeks. So because I unplugged my refrigerator, they denied my claim because the service tech wrote it up. That I was improperly using the refrigerator. All I did was unplug it so because I unplugged it they denied my claim wow. I will not be shopping at Lowes any longer if this is what costumers have to go through ********** and **** G&G appliances

      The company doesn't pick up the calls and if they do pick up they'll put you on hold again and then will hang up the call after customer has waited for 30 minutes. and have many many calls to the G&G appliances this company. needs to being supervise their employee . No one picks up. they give you an appointment they will cancel without notifying the company. This company and it's employees are trash.

      I have a 2 year old Whirlpool washing machine, it broke I had to use a Whirlpool authorized company, G& G was the first on the list I called they came cancelled me two times before they came, needed a part, had it in stock, made me pay for it on the spot before the install, will not schedule a return and when they did they repeatedly cancel my appts. Either they need to give me my money back or fix my washer. It has been over 2 weeks and they leave me on hold, hang up the phone when they get to caller #1, I asked to speak with a supervisor they sent me to a line that just rings and rings. No one EVER calls me back.

      This company was assigned to ** by our home warranty insurance company We crated a claim(********* on 2/17/23.Thwt set an appointment for March 2nd (job#******) the technician came and ordered some parts for the washing machine. 4weeks later he comes to install them, the door latch and the plastic on the door. Then he realizes the machine is still not working so he says its the mother board he then calls his supervisor who also comes to our house and agrees with him. Its the mother board they said they were going to order it. Later that week they call ** back telling ** that its discontinued. (Case closed)Later that week I plug the machine back to test it one more time(it just didnt make sense to me) the machines turns on and I run a load. Its a miracle the machine works. So they were wrong. After my 3rd load the machine gave me the original error code (door latch). I called them to let them know they have to come back and finish the job because its not the mother board. They proceed to say the ticket is closed and cannot do anything. I called them various time in a time frame of 3 weeks May comes and no one has called me back. I called yesterday and they told me the same thing. I called back to see if I got someone more helpful and I got the same guy. He then proceeds the leave me on hold (which then I realized it was mute not hold ) so I hang up and call again.. the same guy, as soon as he heard my voice he put me on mute again. I told him a was going to keep calling back until someone answered **** called back and he sent me to voicemail extension 302 is unavailable. I called back I girl answered she told me the same thing like it was a script. She tell me to call Whirlpool then put me on mute again She answered and kept telling Me to call whirlpool. Then offer to open a ticking at a fee of $239. I just need my machine fixed and they got paid to do a job and it was not done property.

      G&G Appliance repair has no call no showed on scheduled repairs for my washing machine. I've been without my machine for months and only get the runaround from this company. I cannot contact any representatives through the phone, it is just endless hold times. It seems like asking for a manager is their cue to never speak to you again. They disrespected my time by not showing up.This is the second repair attempt, first time they had to order parts. I just want them to finish the job, and show up on time.My service call was from 3-6 pm. I called at 5:50 and the dispatch **** said he was still coming. He never showed. Now I cant even get ahold of them to reschedule.Avoid at all costs. They are just milking warranty claims and wasting peoples time. I would honestly be embarrassed if that was my business.

      G&zag are one of three appliance service companies supporting Frigidaire Extended Warranty service agreements in Manhattan. They confirmed a service visit, missed the appointed time slot, said a technician was still in the way, cancelled two hours later and now keep sending calls to voicemail (after three attempts and 60 minutes of trying to reach them to reschedule the appointment. Very poor customer **********************.
