I have contacted G&G Appliance regarding my Frigidaire model FFTR1835VS3. ***** came out 3/6/23, 3/15/23, and 3/22/23.On first visit it was an evaluation. On second visit he broke the fan motor on the freezer. On third visit he replaced fan, light bulb and light switch. He was supposed to come on 3/27/23, no show! I have been without an appliance for 24 days and this is under manufacture warranty and nothing!!! I expect a brand new one ASAP! No exceptions! Failure in service!!Initial Complaint

We had repair service scheduled three times for our Whirlpool refrigerator. Each time, they made some excuse, such as, the part was damaged, the technician didn't have the part in the truck, and lastly, again, the part has to be reordered and shipped to my home. Every time I have a scheduled appointment, customer ********************** calls and confirms. Then, I call later in the day to get an update on the time, and I get a response such as, the technician said the part was broken one time, or as I was told today, the part has to be reordered and shipped to my house. The customer ********************** representative said the technician left my house to go to ******* and the technician WAS NEVER HERE! I have the Ring doorbell and I am home. No one ever came here today. This company's representatives lie and do not know what they are doing. I asked to speak to management and conveniently, management left. After I complained to the representative on the phone, she hung up on me! My wife emailed the company and complained last week and they did not respond. I am done with this company. My refrigerator is under warranty with ** ******** and ** ******** hires G and G Appliance to do the repairs. I want there to be some kind of consequence for their terrible management and customer **********************.Initial Complaint

They were a no call and no show for a warranty repair apt. Then when we told them when we would be able to reschedule they changed that date and time without checking. Then told us thats all we get and when asked to transfer to a supervisor they either hang up or transfer to a full voicemail!Initial Complaint

i bought a frigidaire refrigerator in may of 2021 that never worked correctly. g & g appliance covers the warranty for this frigidaire product and was called out to fix an icing problem in the freezer. on the first visit the tech told me i had to leave the center of the freezer open for proper air flow (meaning i have lost 1/3 of my freezer capacity). the tech left and i did as suggested but the problem did not go away. i called them out a second time and this time the tech had a silicone "fix" applied around the freezer. this still did not fix the problem. the third trip here the tech decided the gasket on the refrigerator needed replacing. i waited months to have this done as i really didn't think this was the problem and was frustrated with the lack of diagnostic experience of the techs.after summer, the problem got worse so i again called them out. the tech replaced the refrigerator gasket but after he left i noticed the wide gap anytime you close the door. now the freezer was icing, frosting, and snowing. they decided to replace the freezer ************ never showed for appointment. g&g is incompetent and i would like to call my OWN repairman to fix this year and a half of problems at frigidaire's expense or replace this model that is no longer for sale for the exact problems i am havingCustomer Answer

At this time, I have been contacted directly by G & G Appliance regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: they cannot fit me into a time slot where i am not at work. i have repeatedly scheduled and had to REschedule because they won't send a tech in the late afternoon. i am still trying to get someone here

Repair person came before thanksgiving looked at it and said he would order parts, but weeks later get a text asking me to take a picture of the inside of dishwasher for make and model number? The wait and wait, called PC ******* to tell them of the problem and again wait and wait.Wait weeks and finally get automated call saying parts are in call to make appointment,I called them several times A DAY and waited on hold with message count down repeatedly saying your are number _____ you have people ahead of you and then on hold till finally message says you are caller number one, but they NEVER pick up AN FOR THE ***** THEY DO THEY HANG UP! This continues each day, waited on hold for twice as long as number 1 as when 14 people ahead of me, they NEVER PICK UP, NEVER ANSWER.Initial Complaint

Purchased extended warranty from frigidaire for kitchen appliances. Had Multiple appointments scheduled and Multiple no shows. Took time off of work for no show appointments. Been told ************** the technician was in the area and would be there shortly. Called for ETA after an appointment that was made between 8 and 10am. Only for the rep to answer the phone and not talk,then hang up. Was told the same day the tech would be there between 2 and 5. Called at 530 to be told the tech couldn't make it tonight.(2nd day in a row). To rudely be interupted and told to make another appointment. Will be contacting frigidaire for refund for warranty.Customer Answer

Heavy icing in freezer of a brand new ********** refrigerator I had delivered on 5/15/21, especially during warm weather, due to apparent gap between freezer door and refrigerator unit. ***** service tech, *******, deemed unit non-repairable on 10/13/21 while it was still under warranty. There was a supposed lack of protocol between tech and ********** and wasn't resolved between ***** and ********** until November 2021, when unit wasn't icing up. So ***** refused to resolve issue. Again in June 2022 icing was occurring and at this point my warranty had expired but ***** came back out on 9/22/22 and replaced freezer door gasket, with approval from Frigidaire. Only after tech ordered a compressor, not a gasket which was delivered to me initially. I contacted ***** and they insisted that was the part I needed. When tech arrived on 8/24/22, he was surprised there was a compressor at my residence and not a gasket. He said he didn't even know who he ordered compressor for. Replacing the gasket made no difference. Same gap between door and unit. Reported this to a extremely rude G &G **** ********* who basically called me a liar. Another Tech, ****, came out on 9/29/22 and agreed freezer wasn't sealing correctly. He reversed the freezer and fridge gaskets and put sealant in fridge. He said he would order a new freezer door. ***** contacted me and told me to contact ********** to obtain work order for freezer door. Freezer door was delivered and ******* was back out on 10/26/22 and said the refrigerator was non repairable! He was on the phone with *********** who told him their system was down. Told me he was emailing them info and told me to contact ********** in a couple of days. Contacted ********** on 10/31/22 and was told they did not have report from *******'s service call on 10/26/22. Rep at ********** contacted ***** and requested report.. On 11/7/22 told by *********** since my warranty has expired they will only give me 40% rebate on purchase of new fridgeInitial Complaint

The problem started when I brought a Refrigerator and after a few months a shelf fell down and crack the interior of the rifrigerator.. I called G and G and they send a service repair men out. The service man went back and told the company that it was un repairable that they would send me another refrigator, thats where the royal run around started . When ever I called I was either hung up on or transfer to a number that I had to leave a message and ***** would get back back to me. This is going on for weeks after week. The lateset sistuation I was given a telephone number *********** with afile number the women pick up and said call in the morning our systems are down, but what I could see its not a reffrigerator uts a range. It wasnt a range its a refigerator I ***** take it any more, I have a large family and the broken part is sharp and someone could get hurt. That refrigerator is not family friendly that shelve should of never crack.. Please help me I just want whays coming to me the refgiretor or my money back. Please help. G&G is an authorized service provider for GE Appliances. They were called to provide service on a new GE Ultra Fresh Dryer. The technician showed up without the parts and indicated the parts would be ordered and installed within a week of the service appointment. I have tried calling this company several times over a month. After very long wait times the customer ********************** rep. told me the part would be in on a date. I did not hear from them about the apt setup. Upon inquiring again they told me the part still was not in and disconnected the call. I have waited for over a month for a ***********. This company has been delaying fixing my washing machine for about 2 months now. The reason for the initial repair was to change out the rubber on the door because it had become moldy. The tech broke something during installation so we needed another appointment. The last few appointments the tech either cancelled at the last minute or didn't show up AT ALL after I've waited all day for them. This is super inconvenient and not good business. It shows a lack of respect for the customers time. I'm super annoyed about this since I haven't been able to use my washing machine in months. So now I'm incurring more costs because I have to do my laundry outside of my home which is not easy for an elderly woman. This business needs to do better.
