      I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes within the past year. The ice maker recently broke and through Lowes I was set up with G&G as the service provider to repair the fridge. Today, 8-4-22, they were supposed to arrive at my home to repair the fridge. As the time approached for their scheduled arrival, I received a phone call indicating they were not able to come. When asked to have another member come within a reasonable time I was told that was not an option. I then requested they pay for an outside contractor to repair my fridge, being that their time table for a future repair was unreasonable. I was told by the woman I was speaking with I would receive a call back with a resolution. Nobody called. I took it upon myself to call them to see where my complaint stood. The same woman stated that hiring an outside source was not going to happen. They told me it would be another week before a repair person could come. I told them that would not work, and explained they should be responsible for ************** someone else that can complete the repair. The woman then stated I was "rude" and hung up on me. I was upset, however our conversation did not escalate to being hung up on. I then attempted to call back, again I was hung up on. After countless calls with **** to remedy this, I am attempting to find a repair person outside of the Lowes network.This type of business practice is extremely unprofessional. The consumer should have rights and a voice at the very least. Search the business name through ****** and check the reviews. You'll see how poor their business mdoel is and reviews are very similar to my complaint. I would like a call from a manager or business owner regarding the above issue I'm having. I would also like a resolution to the complaint at hand. thank you
