      I'm writing this in disgust as I have been without my refrigerator for 50 days now with no end in sight for repairs . They were paid by the extended warranty company and closed the work ticket out without doing any repairs .

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer ********************** I have received regarding the unresolved repair of my washing machine. It has now been over two weeks since your technician assessed the issue, and yet I remain without a resolution, a status update, or even basic follow-through from your team.On Friday, June 13, 2025, I spoke with ******** (ext. 347) who assured me she would speak with the parts department and return my call the same day. That call never came. I followed up again on Monday, June 16, and spoke with an employee named ***, who said she would try to get ******** on the line. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes, at which point I had no choice but to hang up. Today is June 18, and I still have not heard anything back.I must ask: How can a customer trust G&G ********************************************* to competently repair an appliance when you fail to deliver the most basic courtesyreturning a phone call? This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Your service appears to prioritize profit over people, and the experience thus far has done nothing to prove otherwise.Furthermore, I was told it could take 34 weeks for parts to arrivean unacceptably vague and lengthy estimate. To add insult to injury, my home warranty company claims they have not even received the repair assessment from G&G, another glaring lapse in follow-through that directly impacts my ability to move forward.While I wait indefinitely for action from your company, Ive already spent $185 out-of-pocket just to do my familys laundry elsewhere. That is a cost I should not be incurring if your company had fulfilled even its most basic obligations in a timely and professional manner. I could have used that towards the purchase of a new washer!At this point, it is just further reinforces the growing sentiment that your customers are merely an afterthought.

      Not even 1 star. Unfortunately these are people with my extended warranty. The part had been on order over two months. They do not answer calls or return messages. They do not return texts either. IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THRU AFTER 45 -60 MINUTE HOLDS, They have no answers. Just push the back order out another few weeks. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE

      G & G appliance repair company is horrible. They are absolutely the worst. Do not I repeat do not ever use them. Theyve been working on my washing machine for 12 weeks. Thats for real 12 weeks. Now they wont even take my calls. I have a whirlpool service contract and its getting me nowhere. ***** has been at my house three times. They cant fix the machine. My contract says if thats the case theyre supposed to replace it. Not happening!!Stay away from this company. Use anyone else.

      This is a HORRIBLE company, I'm still waiting for my Maytag washer to be repaired from 10/30/24. First time they never came, never called, second time had to reschedule because it was late in the day third time came had to order a part , would call me to set up date, NOPE they texted me gave me a 4 hour window, Now who can take all this time off , Tech started to install my part, asked me if i had a hammer? what the heck, he chose the metal mallet, started banging on washer, said it was set to go and left, i looked at washer lid was not attached had to run out to get him, he seemed annoyed. he fixed that I cleaned up after him tried to wash clothes BAM washer doesn't work, called G and G staff stated couldn't set up another call until tech closed it out that ended up being 2 days, new tech, came said the mother board was bad, i believe the first tech broke it banging on it. second tech called me a liar when he asked if I ever had problems with leaks, no I haven't He stated I don't believe you Now I'm still waiting on part, Numerous calls made to G and G no return calls or statements of I don't know yet, I made 14 al calls to this company got no answers was treated badly , there isn't enough room to write all problems with them , But Plese if you need to use them ask the company who holds your warranty for another service company.

      For starters this company is not even worth 1 star. I'm going into my 2nd year with G and G appliance and I'm less than impressed with their unprofessional staff.Currently I am waiting for parts for washing machine and dryer of which on August 26th the company called to say only the dryer part has arrived and do I want it installed, ofcourse I said yes, but when the tech came who barely could communicate with me said he didn't bring the glue to attach the part I was shaking my ******* of today September 5th I phoned G and G to see where the washing machine parts are, they claim it's on order and I now have to wait again.I asked to speak with a manager for the second time and I am still waiting.I do not reccomend G and G appliance.

      I wanted to leave Zero stars!!! ( but apparently you have to at least one!). We have been waiting for over a month for my freezer to be repaired. First the part was on back order, then when it finally came in , they never showed up for the scheduled appointment to replace and repair it!! If I hadnt called them,to see if the part was in, they wouldnt have even let me know that it was finally in!! Then they never showed up for the scheduled appointment, neglected to call and inform me that it had to be rescheduled .. due to the late hour!! Their customer support team is a joke! I bought this appliance at PC ********, apparently my first mistake. They outsource their repairs whereas Best Buy sends their own technicians. Im awaiting, yet another call, from PC ******** customer care to see if they can get the repair done anytime soon. I paid a hefty fee for a repair warranty, and it was a complete waste!! Which also speaks to the quality of my KitchenAid refrigerator. Another mistake, apparently. While the people at PC customer care are actually quite patient and willing to help, its still very frustrating to pay for an appliance monthly , that is essentially a giant metal paperweight in my kitchen.. I am patiently awaiting a call back , again from PC customer care as I write this . I hope to eventually post a better ( doubtful) review ( if and ) when this gets resolved!! Until then, buyer beware, G and G Service,has been of no service to us.!!!!!

      Tried calling them left three voice messages three text messages. No one has gotten back to me regarding service on my washer machine. They have you at their mercy. I dont know what else to say. I wouldnt even give them one star. Why bother taking out extended warranty when you cant even get through this company Dont even recommend PC ********. I bought my appliance from there no help either once they get your money. Buy else where and get extended warranty somewhere else.

      Wish I could give zero stars. I am utterly disgusted with G&G Appliance. Not only did they charge my credit card for labor and parts that were never provided, amounting to over $160, but they did so after I explicitly provided my card number solely for the call-out fee for a plumber. This kind of deceptive billing is unacceptable and unethical. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to avoid being scammed. This business needs to be shut down.
