      We took an afternoon off without pay and the repair man never showed or called. We called the main number and cant get thru. We have texted and emailed also. Our appointment was on Monday and its now Wednesday and still no response. We hired someone to install our lid on our washer. Assurant is the contract holder so I will be contacting Assurant to let them know they never finished the job.

      If I could submit without a star, I would. This company is HORRIBLE. KitchenAid should cut them off immediately. If you need repairs done on any appliance, this company does not care about the work they do and how they treat your home. I had to deal with the CAPITAL DISTRICT part of the company, but they are the same. They walk in your house with their boots on. My refrigerator was moved out of place about six feet to unplug it. Damage to my kitchen floor was extensive. Two questions, why not carry padding in the event an appliance needs to be moved?! Second, why not ask me to turn off the refrigerator from the circuit breaker and save time, energy, and potential damage?! Why, not? Because they are quite literally non-thinking and good only for fixing. KitchenAid will not cover their damage. G&G Appliance will not return a phone call or email although I was told they have someone that deals with damages. I contacted the *** AG's office but G&G Appliance completely ignored them. It is not worth the time and energy to go to court. They probably know this. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY COME TO YOUR HOUSE TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCES!!! This is the second time they did this and despite my warning they damaged the floor a second time. The repairmen are also VERY rude. KITCHENAID DROP THIS COMPANY!

      I'm so disappointed because in 6 weeks your company has scheduled countless appointments with me and nobody ever showed up. Your company didn't even cancel the appointments. You guys just NEVER came and I took time off from work waiting like an idiot for someone who never came and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. The last time this happened was two days ago -- Monday. The appointment you guys gave me was for "Monday between 1 and 4". Sure enough, nobody came. And my family and I have been six weeks without being able to use a brand new dryer from Electrolux, technically still under warranty. I am done with G&G Appliance Service. I spoke with Electrolux at length and they replaced my dryer with yet another brand new one. I hope your company goes out of business soon because that's what it deserves. Please do forward this message to your superiors and tell them that this review will be online on ****** and Yelp! imminently.

      Next to ******** they have the absolute worst customer ********************** possible! They cancelled an appointment I drove 4 hours to get to which they knew. They set up another and was 7 hours late. Multiple phone calls with 15 to 20 minute wait times and disconnected four times after waiting. When I finally got to talk to someone who had no idea what was going on and I asked for a manager he said, "f---" you and hung up, do not use this company ever!!!! I asked to speak with the owner after how I was treated and got no response.

      If I could assign a zero I would. As everyone else said there customer ********************** is terrible. I was assigned them by Whirlpool for a new washing maching that broke after 10 uses. They do not answer the phone, leave you on hold for 50 minutes then you get a message that the extension you are trying to reach is not available. I've been waiting for a call back from a supervisor for 5 days. Tech did not show up for appointment, and when I finally go through to someone they said the part they ordered was defective. How they could know a part (pump) was defective without trying it, I don't know. Avoid this company.

      Just as everyone else said. 30 minutes before 10, the company calls and the tech is "out sick". I had to take time off from work to wait, and now they say next Wednesday... and I am still without a washer. Why bother buying the extended warranty? such a joke.

      G and G appliance- has the worst customer care ********************** I have ever had experience with. They cancelled 3 appointments and trying to reach them on the phone will have you on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time. Each time I called a different excuse was provided; you know a customer care worker has not been trained properly when they make excuses for being shorthanded. If It is your business deal with it. I have lost 3 days pay waiting at home for a repair that never happened. I called GE and asked for another company to honor the warranty. A smaller business who cares about their reputation and service.

      The worst customer ****************************** at the reasons why appointments are cancelled I see that "medical leave" is the reason given for a vast majority of technicians cancellations and no shows. I am contacting ****** where I purchased my Whirlpool Washer as well as Whirlpool and let them know that G & G Appliance Repair whom they contract with as is not even accredited by the BBB because of nonresponsive and incompetent repair service. They received an F. I am still witing since September 20th to get an appt to even look at my Washer. I can predict that they will do nothing but they will charge for the visit (not me but Whirlpool) and will have done nothing except walk through the door-***** is a scam!

      I've been trying to get my less than 6 month old frigidaire refrigerator fixed for the last 2 months. They don't show up when they are supposed to, they do show up when they are not supposed to and when they finally show up at the right time they spend less than 10 minutes looking at the machine, guess what's wrong with it and leave without providing any kind of service report. I'm now waiting an unknown amount of time for a part that I'm willing to bet won't actually fix my equipment because their "technicians" don't know a single thing about about a single thing. The "technician" won't return my calls and the office will hang up on you after leaving you on hold for half an hour.

      I will not give this company any stars. It is the worst repair company out there better business bureau need to investigate them and shut them down. I started my request for repairs over a month ago and as of today July 12, 2023 my stove has not been fixed. The actual problem is with my oven when you turn on the lower oven you hear the gushing sound of the gas coming up. You should not hear of that the gas should come up seamlessly. I was referred by GE to contact a G and G appliances and I have had five appointments with them and they only showed up for one and the one appointment they showed up for they did not fix the problem in the oven and they made it worse. The repair person came on Monday, July 10 saying he change the piece that was causing a problem asked me if I smelled gas at the time I did not smell gas when he was here but when I went to use the oven and turned it on the gushing sound still was there and then I smelled gas as of Monday I have not been able to use my stove and my child have food allergies. They were supposed to come by today between 12 and 3 I got home before 3 o'clock and they did not show up I called on Monday and told the representative I will not be home until 3 o'clock he said he cannot do anything about it they won't give me an appointment and they gave me an appointment today Wednesday, July 12 and did not show up. When I called I was hung up on when I called back again I was put on hold and then when I called again the third time they hung up on me. It seemed somehow that the number of the customer show up on their end so when they do not want to talk to you they put you on hold or hang up on you. The business bureau you need to investigate these people because out of 100 reviews maybe two people have written great reviews around their service they are the worst repair company ever. They worst company!! No stars!
