      the worst company ever poor customer ********************** and they actually **** for all services waiting weeks for a repair and they keep hanging up on my with the phone

      I called whirlpool about a freezer the was in need of repair. Whirlpool recommended G&G appliance repair. They came and diagnosed my freezer and told me the only thing wrong with the freezer was a bad thermostat ,which was on back order. I waited 1 month for the part. When it came in I made an appointment to have repaired. Repairman came yesterday and made repairs. Said to give it 24 hours then all would work. 24 hrs later its still not working. I called G&G back at which time I was told I had to call whirlpool to make another appointment with whirlpool. I asked " Why would I have to make another appointment if the work wasn't done correctly the 1st time, don't you stand by *********** person work" I was told flatly NO. This was their procedure. What company doest stand by there work???

      I have 50 years experience in Electronics, worked last 12 years in college labs maintaining laboratory appliances.(glass washers, ovens, washing machines, hi tech analysis equipment)To save time, I scheduled repair on my personal Duet Washing Machine with G&G, as it had F11 code. Tech came out, never touched it and said it's the Control Unit !Note, I had replaced same Unit already twice with part from working washer. He said we don't sell these units; buy new washer! And I was charged $139.This time I replaced the Control unit with a rebuilt unit with a 1 year warranty from a established company: CoreCentric solutions: **************************************************************** the same code. I contacted *** and they were willing to send out a tech again - for which I was willing to pay, but he called me up and said he would not come and look at it again. I called their office and they echoed the tech. You would think after replacing the same part 3 times, the fault might be elsewhere? Obviously they employ "techs" that are not true troubleshooters, but who just take the easy way out. Of course I won't get my $139 back either. Avoid this outfit if you want real real diagnostics!

      Poor customer **********************. Did not show up in 2-5 time window and no phone call saying they were going to be late. J had to call and they still could not say when they were coming. Showed up at six at dinner time. No apologies, nothing.

      This was the worst customer ********************** experience I have ever had. You generally have to wait an hour to get them on the phone. The phone service tells you you are progressing in line, then sends you to voice mail that is never answered. The repair man showed up an hour after the window for our first service, and put the belt back on my dryer incorrectly so the drum would frequently not spin - that had not been a problem before on my 5 month old Whirlpool dryer. Sitting on the phone again for them. We waited 2 hours into our next window when they called and cancelled. Waiting on hold again. We left the house for a small amount of time during our appt. Window because we were supposed to have a 30 min heads up call. They never called. The tech showed up and left after only a few minutes after we told them I was ******* home and would be there within **** mins. We finally insisted that Whirlpool set ** up with another repair company to fix the dryer under the 1 year Warrenty. They gave us Vision Appliance who came within the time window stated, gave ** a 30 min heads up phone call, and fixed ****** mistake in about 20 minutes. Dont use ****** They were an absolute nightmare!

      Horrible company to deal with. Was suppose to have a Technician come on April 3, 2023 between 8am - 10am to fix a FRIGIDAIRE refrigerator on warranty. Unfortunately the company does not fulfill their promise to show up on the date. Even when calling their phone number, the customer representative will give scripted answers and not care. If you call them again to get more answer, the representative will ignore the calls or transfer to end the session. This company HIRES CONARTISTS. IF THEY ARE YOUR WARRANTY TECH, MAKE SURE TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANUFACTURER AND SWITCH TO ANOTHER!

      Left on hold for ***** minutes each time i call. I get shifted from one customer ********************** person to another only to get a voice recording to leave a message. Technician said he replaced 4 parts on a refrigerator less than a year old and when i asked if it was fixed, he said i hope so. It wasn't. I called repeated times get someone else to repair it from G and G and was given the run around. I called ** and they sent a specialist who said G and G never replaced any parts and scammed my warrantee company. Now the ** specialist has to order parts and come back and repair the refrigerator that i have been without for 3 months! G and G should be put out of business and a class action suit should be placed against them. Frauds!

      I would give no stars if possible. Tech lied to ************** about issue. Never did a proper diagnosis. The repair man came&immediately told me that a sensor was "bad". Once replaced the appliance still did not work. He told me "you need a new one. He proceeded to tell me "I cannot check every part to see what else is broken. There are thousands of parts in the machine. I have to go one by one. This could take months". He said he needed to order another part and then left. ********* told me that he had to call the Master Tech ******** should not allow him to leave until he does so. Only they can request a replacement. I had to call G&G to schedule a return date.I explained that he must call the Master Tech Line. They said they would note the requirement. He returned to our home. My husband went to take a business call and 15 minutes later the technican said it is still broken. He told my husband, "I am putting in for a replacement unit" My husband asked about the Master Tech Line but it was only 8:15am. He said he would call when they open at 9:30am. He left. Days later I called Whirlpool to find out what next steps were since I had no heard from anyone. That conversation was one of the most frustrating of my life. I was told the technician reported that he had no access to the appliance! He had been in my home. He was standing in front of the machine. Then he said that it was an install "error". Never had he said anything to that effect to my husband or me. I was told by Whirlpool I needed to bring back my installer. I then called G&G who was not only very rude to me but said they should never had sent any tech back to my home because this is "all an installer issue". I requested a new repair company. On 2/3 the new repair person came to my home. He said that G&G cleared all error codes from my unit so there was no repair history that he could confirm.Within approx ***** minutes he said my motor was blown and needed to be replaced. G&G is terrible company.

      Horrible Company, They need to be put out of business, for unprofessional customer **********************, They didn't know the location of their technician. Changed my original appointment time for my washer from 8 am to 12 pm to 1 pm to 4 pm. I called at 2 pm to check on the status and said that I am the next appointment. Then they call my husband asking if the technician is at my home. How do they not know where their technician is? They told me that they have to reschedule because it was too late. What a joke of a company! How can they be in business? - zero stars - zero stars Below zero. Below zero.
