      I would give no stars at all if I could. I purchased Fridgidare refrigerator on August 26 from **** *****. It didn’t work properly, a lot of water was collecting in the container underneath it and was overflowing. Called **** ***** and they connected me with G $ G Appliance Service and scheduled service appointment for October 6. They didn’t show up and appointment was rescheduled for October 13. I was told that they have to order the part. Today is November 9 and I am still waiting and keep calling them. Called Fridgidare and they contacted G & G Service and we’re told that they will call me right away to schedule service appointment. As I expected they didn’t call me and when I call them they put me on hold for a long time and then hang up on me. I am 84 years old and can not use refrigerator, it’s impossible for me to move it at least once a week to empty water collecting container and my food is getting spoiled. I can’t resolve this problem by myself and need help.

      I have been waiting since 8/2022 to have my fridge repaired. I paid for the diagnosis and have not seen anyone since! It is now 11/1/2022. This is an outrage. No apology no sign of anyone coming. Every time I call they do not know why the tech is a "no-show"

      Absolutely the worse in customer **********************. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for service call date then they were a no call no show. Called g&g they had no excuse for no show but would get back to me that day with a new service date perhaps tomorrow they never called me back. I contacted them again and was given a date 3 weeks out so I am waiting and expecting a **** poor experience when they show ** in 3 weeks.

      Awful awful. Unfortunately, this companys tech came, on two separate occasions, for two different appliances, which I bought from a reliable company but took the extended warrantys on them.Neither time was my appliances repaired, the tech gave me the same song and dance on both appliances.On my frig, he said he put in a new part order, and I should follow thru with his company, ????I instead went back to the store, explained what happened, they made phone calls, and the tech NEVER put in a work order, but noted in their system he fixed the problem, and closed the file. NOT SO The store service **** is now in process of fixing the problem. Frustrating as its why we pay for extended warrantys I do not want to deal with this tech again.

      their service stinks and is worthless!!!! washer not working - wont draw water - Paid for a 5 year warrantee BIG MISTAKE. Waited for three weeks for an appointment only to get a call on the morning of the appointment from a piece of **** lazy service person. the code it throws tells him that it is a bad valve, but he doesnt have one on his truck and he doesnt want to come all the way out here for NO reason What the ******** He can order it and it will be here in a couple weeks. I told him that was not acceptable that I have wash all over and have to get it done as I have to go out of town in four days. His reply " that isnt my problem, its between you and your warrantee.I WILL NEVER HAVE A WARRANTEE WITH G&G APPLIANCE SERVICES AGAIN. He was rude and lazier than a pet pig. This the third time I have had to get service. Third time I was cancelled three times with a variety of poor excuses and cancelled

      Rude and poor service! They have scheduled 3 appointments and gave excuses for why they couldnt show or why they couldnt repair my refrigerator. Run far from this business!
