      This business operates an online service of selling products across the internet and social media outlets (FB/IG) where they resell products either procured from other retailers or those made in house and they use the online format to scam people, take their funds and not deliver a product. I personally have sent 6 emails with no response, made two calls, been put on hold once and dropped and then the second when answered told they were on another line they took my information (name /number ) but refused to call back to resolve the issue. They are clearly running an online scam/fraud, and stealing money from people. The retailer they used was a Brighton product . I have already contacted the city chamber of commerce because thewy are using the city name in their business.

      Issue has been handled as far a refund, this company is yours to deal with in any other regard.
