      On 03/12/23, I went to an event featuring ******* ******* at ****** Hall in Indianapolis. Everything went well, however when I went to Mills Entertainment website to collect my picture from the photo op we paid for. My picture wasn't there. No one from Mills will return my emails. Very disappointing. That picture would've been priceless to me. Now, im out my money and my cherished moment.

      On 8/16/22 I purchased a ticket for a photo-op for the Ancient Aliens Live show that took place on Sunday 2/19/23 at the ***** Theatre in Indianapolis, IN. The ticket was purchased from ************ (Order #************). We attended the event and were 2nd in line for the photo op that evening after the show, and did get our picture taken. We were provided with the attached handout to retrieve our photo, however our photo was never uploaded to the website.

      After the 3 days noted on the handout had passed, and our photo was not included with the others from that night, I reached out to the ***** venue management about the issue and was told by management that they had nothing to do with the photo-op other than facilitate the selling of the tickets, and that Mills Entertainment is responsible for the delivery of the photo. I have attempted to contact them via the email info@******************.com. I have also reached out to the two phone numbers I was able to find for Mills Entertainment: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. The number ending in **** goes to another business that is unaffiliated with Mills Entertainment. The number ending in **** is not in service.

      I would like delivery of the photo sent to me at the email included in this complaint (***************@*****.com). If delivery is not available I would like a full refund of the price of the photo-op, including any and all service charges, taxes, or other miscellaneous fees.
