    I purchased Beekman multipurpose Wonder milk buttery botanical jelly. The item was sold out on ***. Weeks went by and I received the item. When I got the item the top was broken and the aluminum seal was partially open. I made called *** and they issued $7.00 and informed me to discard the item. My complaint is with Beekman. I call the customer service to speak with a rep. Because of the smell of the product and a very gritty feel to it. Was this the only jar they had on the shelf and Beekman 1802 sent that out to me. My reason for wanting this product was sorely for my 7 yr old grandson. When I called Beekman 1802 I was promised a call back but as of today no one has every called me. Just out of care and concern I should have gotten a call. I have purchased out Beekman 1802 products no problem except for that buttery botanical jelly they claim it's better then Vaseline....

    Our policy was properly communicated in the two phone calls received on January 13th. Beekman 1802 items purchased from other retailers, including TV Shopping Retail Partners, should be returned to the original retailer within the terms set forth by the retail partner’s return policy. The item was purchased from a separate retailer and was fully refunded from ***, which was verified by their Customer Service Team.

    It took so long to receive it and when I got it it was old. My biggest concern is you can't blame it on *** because they are not the manufacturer, they are just the seller.   And when I got it, the product was not as advertised- it was old and it had a foul smell.   I kindly request a new product/replacement because I am a loyal customer.

    A resolution was reached via phone call on Friday afternoon. As a one time courtesy, we have gone above our policy and replaced the damaged item received from a separate retailer.

    When signing up for text messages. Says they will give cash back. Instead you get a digital gift card. This phrasing is false advertisement to the average customer.
