      No mowing is done, looks awful and maintenance is not done on painting needed in hallways and outside. According to some residents who have been here longer, Maddalone did not pay the last landscaping company and it won't come back.

      Maddalone and Associates are relentless law breakers. They do not make the necessary repairs as required by law such as having running water, working toilets and working appliances. They often ignore maintenance requests and close them after doing zero work. These people should not be in charge of living conditions of their fellow humans.
