      Silver Lake electrical probably saved my life and my dog's life and my home. Small price to pay. Feel safe. He did a great job.

      We had a return of $60.00 the next day from Silver Lake Electric. We filed a complaint 7/30/24

      Dan H**** from silver lake electric told us he would be around at 8:30 am didn't show up until 9:50. Dan brought someone with him named ashley p***. not only did he charge us 150.00 an hr. but also charged us for her time as well. Dan left to get an outlet when we already had one on site and never gave us a receipt. We paid in total 277.50 to change out two electrical outlets. He charged us 6.00 in materials and didn't get a receipt, so we don't know how much his outlets really cost. Dan's labor cost was 211.00 and Ashleys labor cost 67.50. A total of 277.50. for an hour and half. a grand total of 283.50. Dan charged us from 9:50am to 11:20am. It took two people to get the materials. Dan never told us we had to pay for another person's labor on top of his labor cost. I feel like I got robbed and validated.
