    Complete and total FRAUD. DO NOT USE AT ALL unless you want to give them your money for nothing! They stole my $100 deposit and lied to me the entire time. Tried to pull the OLD our trucker broke his axle in half 15 minutes away from picking up my vehicle. Truth is there never was a driver and these people are criminals. **** needs to take some acting lessons because he is terrible at trying to tell stories. I knew he was lying to me. Driver is two hours away, 1 hour away, in heavy traffic, Oh, we have a situation, our drive is 15 minutes away but broke his axle in half. **, DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

    I agreed to proceed with a quote of $525 on March 3, 2025 to transport a car through USA Trax. Prior to booking, I called and spoke with *** **** and voiced my concerns about a quote, potentially rising on the date of pick up. He assured me if there were going to be any changes, I would be notified 72 hours prior to pick up. On March 24, the date scheduled for pick up I got a call stating the price had gone up to $1200. The reason given to me, was the driver had multiple options for cars and was raising the price because he was the only driver in the area. I stated over 100% increase in price was unacceptable. They let me know they would find another option for pick up. Four days later, I heard nothing from them and ended up arranging another transport. They had taken a $200 deposit on March 3 via Zelle. No services were rendered. I strongly believe they knew the original quote of $525 was lower than most, but they had no intentions of transporting my car for $525.

    sent money via zelle for transport of vehicle. never picked up vehicle. kept blowing me off , telling me they have a driver for additional $1900 after the quoted me 550. they keep lying and stalling and try to get more money out of me. not a legit company.

    On July 5, 2024, ******************* of USA Trax located in ********* ** extended me a quote of $690 to have my vehicle (2022 ****** transported from ************** to *******************. The order number was ******** AND I CAN PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ALL ORIGINAL PAPERWORK AND QUOTES. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up in *********** on August 7. I paid the deposit through *****. A couple of days prior to pickup, ************* informs me that he has 3 different drivers lined up to pick up the vehicle. The next day he said all of them cancelled or he gave one lame excuse after another. Of course, he also said USA Trax could find me a driver for $1900. Enter Patal ****** **************, who called & decimated USA Trax over the phone. He said that his company could ship the vehicle for $2500 or so & they "had drivers ready." Since it was now August 7, my back was against the wall. **************** said he was working for BWI Technology out of ***********. He even emailed me from a BWI email account (this turned out to be fake). We made arrangements for a pick up the next day. The driver was 5 hours late. ******, USA Trax, nor BWI were of any help. We had to re schedule our flight (which cost us $500). When the driver did show up, he spoke NO ENGLISH. ABSOULUTELY NONE! Plus, he showed up with a FULL rig. There was no place to put our car. We made him remove a vehicle on the rig, leave it in the hotel parking lot, and get our ***** on the rig and then he was supposed to start heading East to ****. Of course, he started heading West. We had a GPS chip installed in our car, so we knew exactly where the car was at. When putting the car on the rig, he severely damaged the wheels, suspension, undercarriage, & bumper. Damages incurred are well over $10000.******************* demanded a cash payment or they would not deliver my car. When receiving my car I sent signed driver documents V.C.(under duress) that makes those papers null and void. I did have the driver sign my paperwork which is attached.

    I requested bids to transport a car from **********, CA to ********, ** leaving on 5/25/24 and arriving on 5/30/24. USA LLC submitted a bid for $695 which I accepted payed a $225 deposit to ***************** on *****. The dispatcher was contacted multiple times on shipping date and ultimately said that he we had to pay $1667 minus our deposit and that the car wouldnt ship until 5/30/24! Plus, ***************** said we had to pay it! We refused asked for a refund since they changed the ship date and more than doubled the price!!! Criminals wont return our deposit despite their material breach of the essential terms of the bid we accepted. Filed fraud claim with ***** Fargo and FTC complaint

    I spoke with a ******************************* about shipping my 2007 ****** Yaris from ********* ******** to ********** ******** in March of 2024. On 3/22/24 he quoted me a price of $290.00 and asked for a $90.00 deposit, which I paid. He INSISTED I pay with ZELLE and only ZELLE, that should have been my first red flag. The weeks before he kept confirming we were all set. The week before still all set. The week of still, all set to go. 2 days before shipping he says there is a problem, he does not have a truck to ship my vehicle. he was looking for a replacement, I asked him to keep me updated. The day before shipping I attempted to call, none of my calls were answered. I tried texting all texts went unanswered. Finally at 3pm I received a call from a ***************** saying *************** had a family emergency. I told him this has nothing to do with my booking I was leaving on an airplane the next day and they needed to live up to the contract and pick up my car. He said he would look for a truck and call me back in ***** minutes, but my price would increase because of the situation. I waited and waited, after an hour and a half I tried calling and the phone would not even ring. I had no choice but find another carrier. 5 1/2 hours later he called back I told him I wanted my money deposit back. He hung up on me and I have not been able to get a hold of them since
