Our move in date was December 4th they came broke everything down & loaded the truck. The next day I noticed they forgot a piece to the bunkbed that they broke down. I emailed the company they got back to me & told me on their next delivery (which was the following week) they will have someone come pick up the piece & bring it to us. When they went to the house they picked up a box instead of bed piece. For weeks (in January) we stayed in contact they advised that the situation would be fixed. Now it is February I called the company asked to speak to the manager who asks me if I can get someone to bring the piece they left to ******** I asked for a refund or some type of compensation for the bed he said he cannot do that because the bed is not broken. Without the piece the bedframe cannot be put together which makes it useless & has had my son without a bed for 2 months. They also still have the box they picked up that was never brought to me. I also reported a missing changing ************ said nor did anything about it.Business Response

This company has misled, lied and had unethical business practices. They tell you one price, but change once they load the truck. They make false promises, dont communicate, dont follow through and create undue stress and cost for the customer. Every promise made about their service goes unfulfilled and when people complain they just dispute these claims, say the person isnt a customer, being angry that you are complaining or frustrated. I was told my belongings would be delivered by a certain day with communication and status every step of the way. I have received no communication and forced to call, text and email every day to get an update. Only after I proactively communicate do I get a response and provided another promise that goes unfulfilled. I have requested at least 5 times to speak with the owner and he is conveniently out of the country each time. Why does this matter? They are on the phone with him every time I call but somehow I cant speak with him because he is out of the country. The office workers dont care, lie, call you derogatory names and just say anything to get you off the phone. ******* and *** have both made promises and neither one follows through or cares at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had and at this point has cost me twice the amount of money I was quoted. Due to unfair business practices, schedule changes, travel that was booked, rebooked and rebooked again, renting of equipment to accommodate their changing schedule and my time. At this point I have no idea when my belongings will be returned to me. They quote, 1 to 5 days and it has already been 6 days with no end in sight. ******* is an outright liar who provides no communication after promise after promise. After I ask again where my belongings are I get the same answer I got yesterday. You will have it tomorrow. Then followed up with, I didnt know you didnt get your things. Or, the driver will definitely call you today. Or, I dont know. Im not the driver.Business Response

Dear ****,
In response to your complaint, I would like to clarify a few points. The price you received over the phone was an estimate, and you were made aware that additional charges would apply if you had more cubic feet, more items not on the inventory list, or if you used our materials.
We also clearly communicated that the delivery window is 1-5 days after your first available date, and this is stated on the estimate. You acknowledged this and chose to proceed, stating that you were willing to "******" on the delivery date. You had the option to cancel for a full refund or reschedule, but you declined.
Your first available delivery date was 2/8, and you will receive delivery tomorrow, 2/13. This falls within the 5-day window, and therefore, we are not late as you claim. We have not lied or misled you in any way
Regarding the owner's absence, he is indeed out of the country and will return on 2/20. We provided you with the driver's name and number so you could contact them directly.
It is unfair to leave a complaint when we have been transparent and upheld our service agreement.Initial Complaint

This was an absolute scam and terrible experience. I moved from ** to **. Eveything that was explained didnt happen. They went to pick up my stuff late by 6 hours. When the stuff got to ******* late again by 6 hours. All my stuff was broken when it arrived. My entertainment center was broken, my desk, my filing cabinet, my kitchen table broken, my shelves disassembled and missing pieces. My expensive mattress wet and stained orange. The guy then asked for a a 15 percent tip. He then threw trash on my ground and said no tip no cleaning. I called to filing a complaint . They insulted my mom and cursed my mom and me. They agreed to replace my items but when they received photos they again cursed me out and refused to resolve the issuesBusiness Response

Unfortunately, our truck experienced unexpected mechanical issues on the day of pickup which caused a two-hour delay NOT 6 and we did inform you of this situation.
Regarding the alleged damages and wet mattress, I would like to remind you that all items were packed and wrapped by you, not our company. It is unclear how the mattress would be the ONLY item affected by moisture in the truck. Furthermore, the photos you provided do not show a wet mattress, and the stains appear to be old.
Our crew members are well trained and paid professionals and would not engage in unprofessional behavior, such as begging for tips, littering or insulting. We take pride in our team and their conduct.
We have made numerous attempts to contact **** **** and his mother, ****** to resolve this matter amicably, but our calls have gone unanswered. We have even tried reaching out through different phone lines, including personal ones. I have screenshots of text conversations with ****** that demonstrate our efforts to reach an agreement.
We are disappointed that they chose to involve third parties and leave negative reviews on ****** instead of communicating directly with us. These reviews have been disputed and removed due to their false nature.
We are still open to discussing this matter and reaching a fair resolution.Customer Answer

I hired a mediator and asked for a fair offer and they refused to budge from their unreasonable offer. The mattress was not packed by me. I bought punture resistance material but the movers put it in there. So again a lie. They have harrassed and made threats. Paying a 3rd party company to remove reviews is typical of shady businesses. They damaged over 12 items and refuse to resolve the issue. By working with them they want you to accept a low ball offer and do what they want . They want to curse you out. They even harassed the mediator I got who deals with big businesses

The claim that we pay a third party to remove reviews is entirely false. The reviews you mentioned were removed by ****** because they were determined to be fake by *******
Additionally, we offered you significantly more compensation than what you would have received from the insurance company and this is clearly outlined in our bill of lading which you signed but you declined the offer.
Regarding your claim of harassment, our attempts to contact the mediator via phone, email, and text message were unsuccessful. He never responded.Customer Answer
