      Zino deserves no stars. They are liars and movers are thieves. I was quoted one price on the phone, after my stuff was on the truck they quoted a much higher one. When I received my things my furniture had scratches, and one of my microwave stands was broken. The lost the screws the head board which is leaning against the wall. The drop off driver **** **** went in my purse and took over $995 in cash. He also attempted to steal a gold necklace but could not get it out the case and broke it. I called the company and sent an email and all they said was I informed the manager. Criminal charges are being filed against this company!

      Dear Shahaada,The initial phone quote was based solely on the inventory list you provided. As explained at that time, the final cost could increase due to additional cubic footage, items not listed, or the use of our packing materials.Regarding the damaged items, our manager handles those claims and is currently out of the country. He will be returning shortly and will address your concerns upon his return.I'd also like to clarify some discrepancies in your statements. During your initial call, you mentioned $800 was missing. However, you're now stating $995 is missing. Additionally, you did not mention the attempted theft of a gold necklace during your first call. Do you have any video footage or other evidence that implicates the driver?

      worst mistake most of his reviews are fake reviews. They pay a company to delete the bad reviews. Customer serv awful. when I call to ask for the CEO they ask me if I was the person suing for a million dollars. That mean I am not the only one not happy.

      I recently moved from California to Florida, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. The team at Zino Movers did an outstanding job handling all of our belongings with care, from start to finish. The price they offered was significantly better than any other estimates we received, and the entire process was seamless. My husband and I are so happy with the service, and we’re glad we chose Zino Movers for our cross-country move. Highly recommend!

      I did a move from NY to Texas, and everything went really smooth. The workers did a fantastic job loading and unloading all my belongings. The price was better than all the other estimates that i received. Thank god, everything worked out great and me and my husband are really happy we went with Zino Movers. Thanks!

      Im so glad I came across Zino movers! They made my move from ******** to ******* so easy!!! Their customer service representative, *****, was able to answer all of my questions without any problems, he gave me a very accurate and reasonable quote for my move, and his guys were extremely thorough and professional! It honestly felt like I wasnt even doing anything. They helped me package everything in a way where none of my items were damaged, and they got my things into my new home without any problems!Thank you Zino Movers for all of your help!!

      Worst moving experience ever! My son moved from ** to ** and we chose Zino Movers bc of their 5 star reviewsBoy was I wrong! I have to say the ** loading crew was amazingvery polite, efficient and responsibleso kudos to them! The owner (and contract) promised that my sons belongings would be loaded on to the same truck that would deliver to him and that his items and his items alone would be on the truck. We were also told that he would be given updates every step of the route so he would know exactly when his items were arriving and could schedule time off from work to meet the movers. Instead days went by, no communication and voicemails went unanswered. Finally he was able to speak to someone named *** at Zino who give him a Saturday arrival dateSaturday came and went and when we were finally able to reach the owner he had to admit that the truck had just left ***5 days after it was loaded! After being given 3 different arrival dates the movers finally got to TN. The delivery truck turned out to be a Penske rental, not original truck!my sons load was combined w/ loads from 2 other customers (driver verified)all the loads were mixed together and boxes were crushed. There was no inventory list and sorting what was his and what wasnt involved unwrapping other peoples items! Mid-move one of the crew sat down (on another clients chair that had been off loaded) and lit up a joint! And the real capper to this nightmare was that random individuals showed up in the parking lot of my sons apartment complex in answer to a local ********** ad calling for moving helpSo unknown, non-verified, non-insured strangers were tasked with carrying my sons belongings from the moving truck into his apartment! WTF???? Bottom line, the owner did rebate a small amount of total price for aggravation but nothing compensates for stress, lack of communication, delay in shipping and the fact that his stuff was moved from one truck to another! Unacceptable business ethics!

      Thank you ***** for saying our workers are amazing, efficient and responsible on your move day. To address the shipment on the same same truck Exclusively, as no one here would say this on a 450 cubic foot move - because your shipment is considered a small one - that only took up 25% of our 26 foot truck; hence exclusive would mean for a 4 bedroom family; unless you would like to rent a whole truck for a quarter shipment as this would be costly; but not unheard of. We have had customers take the whole truck to ********* w/ music equipment that only took 50% of the space; however they didn't want other customers' items w/ their equipment; and had the budget through their label to facilitate this!Your son did make clear that he is on a budget and we did our best to accommodate this, as his price did not change and the principle here credited your account minus -$350.00 of your balance due; hence this is Not a rebate; as mentioned, but an actual cash back to you our customer; as we are customer focused first and forfeited any profits on this move.As to meet your son's budget, we placed his shipment on our Florida truck first, then once in *********, **, we placed it on a Penske truck to *********, otherwise our mid-atlantic trucks would've cost him 30% more. We do go over and beyond to please our clients and hope your son makes it in **********Our free delivery windows are some of the fastest in the nation as the Eastern seaboard is 1 - 5 days delivery & to your destination TN. which includes the **********, ********, CHI., ***, *****, ETC... is 1 - 8 days; as we ultimately met this goal for your son's delivery.P.S. - The worker who showed any indiscretion has been immediately terminated.All the Best,The Zino Movers Team
