    I purchased a Bio Ionic curling iron about a year ago and on Saturday 5/18/24 I was using the iron and it snapped in half and a spark of flame almost caught my hair on fire. I reached out to the company to let them know what happened and that I was hoping to seek a replacement, but I was told that it will only be replaced if I registered the product and it is within warranty. Their response was "i'm sorry your product is not working properly" and that was not what the issue was. The item broke and snapped in half mid use and sparked a flame from the wires and heat. I do not have proof of purchase, and I feel that a replacement is owed with the fire hazard that occurred regardless of date of purchase even though it is only about a year old and I do not have proof of purchase. It ripped a part of my hair out and was very close to catching on fire. This product is not very old and cost a lot of money and shows the quality and customer service is not to par and I think others should be aware of this issue. Once I said I was going to contact BBB I never received a response back...

    I received a curling iron for my birthday. I have not had it even a month and it has broken. I have called the number on file, and gotten into a chat room to not hear anything. It was a gift and no receipt was given and I have been trying to get in contact with someone to provide a resolution. The clasp now will not close due to a broken pin after using it normally on one side of my head.

    I purchased the hair dryer with a 10 year warranty. However, they will not cover my faulty dryer less than a year old. They will not return my used dryer either, stating they already destroyed it.
