made calls notifying consumers that an alarm system has been paid for and will
be delivered. They are asking consumers for their address and credit card
information in order to send the system. Consumers have advised the BBB that
they did not place any order with this business and have asked that the
business does not contact them again. The business continues to call consumers.
Some consumers have also advised the BBB that when they ask the business for
more information the business representative becomes irate and hangs up on the
consumer. The BBB shopped the business as a consumer and reached out to the business
to verify information. The business
would not give the information requested. BBB does not recommend giving any personal
financial information such as credit,debit or bank routing numbers to any
business you are not familiar with. The BBB recommends that consumers who are
looking for a medical alert system check with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration),
the main federal agency charged with the enforcement of safety and health legislation at www.osha.gov
