Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate a Pattern of Complaints concerning billing practices, delivery fulfillment, and customer service for Favor Warehouse. Consumers are telling BBB about the experiences they have had after ordering items online from this company. Numerous consumers claim they never received the items they ordered, even though these customers had their credit cards charged at the time of the purchase. After weeks and sometimes months pass, many consumers that still haven't received their items reportedly cannot reach anyone at the company to get an update on the status of their order or to request a refund. A number of recent complainants allegedly received an email communication from Favor Warehouse saying the company cannot fulfill the consumer's order but instead of refunding the money, the consumers are instructed to dispute the charges with their credit card company. Responses from the company to BBB complaints also indicate the company is not refunding money for items that were not delivered but telling customers to dispute the charges instead.
On August 31, 2016, Metro NY BBB contacted this company to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the underlying issues in the identified Pattern of Complaints. As of October 3, 2016, the business has not responded to BBB.
