    After waiting months to be seen for a previously diagnosed condition, I was ignored, then treated with utter contempt and a complete lack of professionalism.
    The desk staff including the reputed office manager were rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and argumentative over everything from difficulty verifying my coverage to various conflicting accusations of previous missed appointments.
    They ultimately decided that I was no longer welcome in their office due to my indignation over their rude and unprofessional behavior, and threatened to withhold the prescriptions for which I paid out of pocket, one of which I still have not received after months and multiple requests.
    I was subsequently attacked physically by another patient while the staff stood idly by, recording video on their phones.
    The spectacular lack of decency, professionalism, courtesy, and even human compassion fly in the face of the very strong and positive ethics and mission statements expressed by the parent organization, as well as reasonable expectations of service in any place of business.

    Literally yelling this to everyone with an ear because this place is HORRIBLE!!!
    Horrible treatment and customer service from multiple staff members behind the desk. They spoke to me and treated me with disrespect and attitude. Little did they know that I’m able to reciprocate that same energy. I highly recommend NOT GOING HERE. No one should be treated the way I was today.
    DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat, DON’T GO HERE.
