      I purchased a ***** ****** from Chrysler dodge jeep ram of Utica in September. The first week I bought the car I noticed a weird sound when I turned the wheel I called and they told me I had to wait a month to be seen. By then the check engine light was on I called and updated them on that. They had my car all day never called or updated me. When I finally got contact they said they couldn’t help me I had no warranty they never offered me a warranty so then said I could have one. Sense then I’ve been there about four to five times once having my car for two days. They refuse to tell me what’s wrong or fix it. They won’t call me back. I asked for the warranty emailed to me they just emailed me a cover letter without warranty information. I’ve tried talking to supervisors sales service and they won’t fix it I’m not sure what else to do. I can contact a lawyer due to lemon law but don’t want to have to go through all of that. I’m not sure if there if anything the better business bureau can do to help my situation. It’s winter here now and I just want a safe car to travel in I’ve been attempting to find out what’s wrong and fix it sense September. Thank you.
