    My father was a resident at The Grand (formerly Heritage Healthcare), He became very ill on May 27, 2023 while in their care, he was hospitalized and they dischrged him without warning nor did they notify me of his discharge. Since that time they are contiously taking money from his bank account in the amount of $3030.18. I have spoken with them and they were to stop all money withdrawl and refund the money. As of today 07/29/2023 that has not been done.
