      In August 2023, i called Victor Self Storage and advised them that we were moving out on September 17th, 2023 and they removed the auto-pay from our account so we did not get billed for another month.

      A week after our move out date, i called to let them know we were gone from the storage unit, and find out where i need to drop our keys. I advised them that I was not anywhere near the storage unit and i was not going near it for a while.

      Fast Track to Today, i was finally able to get over to the storage unit due to a business meeting in the area. I attempted to get into the storage unit and my code was not working for the gated entry.

      I called and spoke to their overseas representative on the phone and she advised me that there was a balance on our account for a storage unit we vacated from over 2 months ago, and i advised her that i was finally able to make it to the storage unit however my gate code did not work. She continued to read from the script and advised i need to pay for a storage unit that i advised that i was no longer occupying and in order to perform "Move Out" i must take a picture of the storage unit empty, however, without getting into the gate, i cannot take a picture of the empty storage unit. I advised her that i will not be paying for a storage unit that i am not occupying anymore, and they are going to need to have someone go look at the storage unit or let me in the gate.

      When i asked for a manager to speak with to explain the situation, she hung up the phone on me.

      Hi. We did move the tenant out of the unit and removed all charges from the account. The tenant currently is not active in the system and owes no money as they requested.
