      I have been trying to speak with a supervisor or ANY member of management since September and every time I am told that no one is available and they insist on me redoing everything I have already done previously. One of my employees retired and her vehicle is stored here. I planned on keeping the vehicle there until her replacement starts. we called and they transferred to PAYMENTS to me but I noticed at the end of Sept. that the invoice was still going to her. I was emailed a link to complete the transfer and then October 22nd same thing. On Oct. 31st I stayed on the phone with the rep and completed everything and recvd confirmation that it was completed via email and she told me to allow 24-48 hours to process through the system I still never heard anything so I called today and was told I need to do EVERYTHING again. I was again refused a supervisor by Diether. Instead, he returned to the phone and advised that my 1st 3 months would be half price once I complete the form again today. I told him that that was not what the paper work stated and he said it would be done in-office afterwards. I advised that I would only complete it again once a member of management returned my call. I have spoken to Sam, Rose, and Michelle. All in a work from home overseas call center and have NO ACCESS TO MANAGEMENT as they are ALL ALWAYS ENGAGED ON ANOTHER CALL.
