    I made an account and submitted an order for a custom kick drum head through this website. After submitting the order, I realized that I had two of the letters in my email switched (“******************” instead of “******************”). I have made several attempts to contact the company since Tuesday afternoon 8/13/2024 when I submitted the order (email and phone) to resolve the issue and I have not received any response from the company. Also, I was supposed to submit artwork for the drum head upon purchasing it but I was not able to because the order confirmation was sent to the other email. I provided my email/phone # in my email submissions. I can not reach anyone through phone # on their website because it just goes to an automatic voice message saying to contact them through their website via email. I just want to get in contact with them to receive a refund.
