    I went to this businesses website to list my business. I received a email stating that they would reach out to me once the listing was complete. Over some time I never received any email. I tried to contact the email address they have on their site for help. The said email address is invalid. I tried to contact them through several emails, even through the one that sent the intial confirmation that they received our information. All the emails are invalid. Since listing with this company, I have received a plethora of spam,scam, phone calls and text messages. I personally believe this company is not legit. Im seeking help please.

    I apologize that the customer had trouble contacting us by email.  Our email address, as posted on our web site, is *********************************************************.  If they contact us there we can help them.  This complaint does not contain information of why the customer was requesting assistance, so until such communication happens there is not much we can do.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I have emailed the said email address as stated in their response. The email is invalid. I have provided pictures showing that my emails cant be delivered. As stated in my original complaint. I was requesting that our business listing be removed from their site. My original email to this business was putting in a request to do so, which could not be done, due to the invalidity of the email address that is on their site.
