My daughter participated in the Thursday evening, 5pm, multi week ******s. Today we showed up for the final ******* which was a makeup from a Jan ****** that was a cancelled by the mountain (weather related cancellation). The last ****** my daughter attended, Feb 16th, both my daughter and my husband were told by her instructor that the final ****** would not be Feb 23, due to that being Presidents week. It would be the following week instead, the instructor said, March 2. We showed up for her ****** today and were told that the final ****** was in fact last week, Feb 23. Although this last ****** is technically what the mountain calls a bonus ******* we were not given the opportunity to take advantage of it because the instructor accidentally misinformed us. Although this staff member made an honest mistake, its wrong for the ski mountain to not make adjustment and correct for this error. I asked that my daughter be able to snowboard for the evening tonight for free, since we were told there would be a ******. The office supervisor I spoke with was very rude and repeatedly said the ******s are over - there is nothing that can be done. Although this was a bonus week, she should still be given the same opportunity to at least to snowboard for a couple hours to account for the mistake.

Of course this person should have been given a ticket, and a ******* It is not their fault that the instructor made a mistake.
