I do not recommend this company to anyone. From the moment we paid our balance, it took 5 cancellations before they installed the windows. Then, the quality wasn't as high as we thought, so we are very disappointed in the the windows. One had a screen missing and it took another 9 months to get the replacement. Then a scratch was found on the inside of one and it took over a year to get that replaced. When the replacement was installed, it would not lock because the latch was installed incorrectly and needed fixing. It has been about 3 years dealing with this company with multiple phone calls and texts going unanswered for months. Even tried going to their office to find it closed. To say this was an excruciatingly bad experience is an understatement. Again, we do not recommend this company, ever.

This company started by promising me in Aug that my windows would be in by Sept. I did their financing and they billed for half. The company they use allows them to bill for 3 months. I had to keep calling to see where my windows were. There was no communication from them. They kept saying they were being shipped. They finally put them in on Jan 8 th. Needless to say I live in the northeast and it is cold here in Jan. I got a call from them later saying they were turning me over to collections if I didn't redo the credit because it was too late to bill for it. I had to do that, which lowered my credit score again. I've opened the front window 4 times. Since I got these windows, I get flies and other bugs that come in under the slide part of the window. I told them that this has all been since they put the windows in. I had at least 50 flies in my house on Mon. They told me that I would have to pay them and the service man to fix it since it has been over a year. When I told the woman about their poor service she hung up.

Deceptive business practices to say the least. I saw the commercial on TV and called to get an estimate back in June 2023. They were quick to arrive at my home and took some measurements, gave me a quote and I let them know I would call when ready to confirm the purchase of 3 smalls windows. I called a few days later and gave confirmation to order windows. Once I did that they came back out to re-measure and I gave them the deposit and signed the contract electronically.
I was quoted an install of mid to late July having placed the order in June. The middle of July came and went and no call from them. I called multiple times to the sales rep as well as the corporate office and no one even called me back. I must have called at a minimum of 5 times with no returned calls. Once I did connect with a person on the phone, I was told my order would be on the next truck. My windows didn't arrive until early August. Once they had them they called to schedule the install via the sales rep. We agreed upon September 8th, 9am. I received a text message today September 7th stating their installer had 'disappeared' and they would not have an estimated time frame for when my windows would be installed. I called the sales rep in my reply rather than texting to try and get more specific information. The sales rep didn't seem to know anything about when a future date might be available, so I asked 2 questions. 1. Can I take delivery of the windows and find my own installer? 2. Could I get a refund? The answer to both was a very quick and deliberate 'no'. After a few more minutes of verbal conversation, the sales rep actually hung up on me saying she had no more time for this. Please don't trust this company with your money or your time. To hopefully make the next persons experience better, I have reported this to both the **** *** ***** **** ******** ** ******** so that all can be aware of this company and their disreputable practices. Buyer beware for sure!!!!

Do not place your trust in this company. They are dishonorable and clueless. Oct 2021, we had windows measured and were sold on Window Town. I read some mixed reviews at that time, however we decided to give them a try. We were told delays for delivery but looking at them to arrive in February. We were familiar with shipping issues at that time. We just wanted the windows done in the Spring to put our house on the market and for better Windows for the next Winter. End of March came, and I hadn't heard, so I called. Elaine advised me they were on next truck for April. End of April no word. I called again. Elaine said they were in Utica warehouse and would be on next truck. I had to call every single month and kept getting told next month. Finally middle of July Elaine calls and asks for a Friday install. We were very excited to finally get our Windows. Even though we missed a big chunk of good season to list our home. I ripped down all the plastic from our 100 yr. old windows. Moved everything out of the way. 11 out of the 14 windows were wrong. They were all measured incorrectly. Not even close. We refused the order. Elaine was supposed to contact us with an update. Never heard from them. I called and shared our disappointment. The company had nothing to say for themselves except the new order wasn't in yet. This was a Thursday. I gave them until Monday to get in touch with us and discuss what they will do to rectify the situation. No word again. I emailed and cancelled the order. Absolutely complete waste of our time.
