      I brought my car in for inspection, failed for tires and a wiper blade. Mind you the tires have a warranty of 60k and I havent hit 40k yet. I take it to ******* next door where I bought the tires, wasmt even close to failing. Since it was failed ******* used ***** ****** numbers and gave me a nice warrany discount on a new set. I am a ***** ***** unlimited member and will be canceling both mine and my wife’s accounts. Way to lose money from a constant repeat customer by trying to squeeze a set of tires out of me.

      Truck got blasted with mud and rocks going through the car wash. They said it was from a previous pick up that went through. All they offered was coupons. Could use a new paint job to be honest.

      So...really easy to setup unlimited plan. Very hard to cancel. So ridiculous. Unless you want to have your arm twisted don't ever get the unlimited plan unless you want to be married forever.

      Also, the one on West Henrietta Rd., Rochester NY has been under construction for years. Their unlimited line management is terrible; the traffic flow is ridiculous and it actually caused a collision and damage to my vehicle due to unwritten rules that are not enforced.

      Stay away if you value your time and money.

      Disappointing service; less than stellar customer service.
      I received $50 wipe down and vacuum at the cost of $150.
      The young men completed the detailing of my 10 year old car in less than 30 minutes. I have pictures. What detailing business doesn’t have proper tools to clean crevices? The website specifically says they clean crevices but the young told he he didn’t have a tool. ???
      I’m guessing my complaints weren’t appreciated because when I asked for a complimentary exterior wash, the young’s initial response was its corporate’s call. When I told him I spoke with corporate and called the woman by name, he then reluctantly give me a ticket for the exterior wash.

      10/10 experience. I had a lovely gentleman named Connor A***** and lemme tell ya… he was definitely my angel! Such an outstanding personality he has. After my power wash, I rolled down the window to fist bump him and let me tell you, he earned that fist bump. I don’t just go around handing out fist bumps to anyone, but Connor can definitely get one whenever he wants.

      Today I had a wonderful experience at Delta Sonic on Maple and Niagara Falls Blvd. This was due in a large part to Lewis at the car wash. He is very good at communicating. He gives eye contact and smiles. This is very welcoming! When I asked for the store manager, Daryn came over and I told him. He said he would relay the message. I also want to compliment his people skills. Andrew took extra care to make sure that my interior was cleaned properly. He was also very nice. It’s amazing how a smile and eye contact can change someone’s day! (and it doesn’t cost anything!!!)

      I went through wash yesterday. After the girl dried off the car, I opened my door to give her a tip and my mirror cover fell off into the girl’s hand. I filed an incident report and Delta Sonic denied my claim saying it was a pre existing issue because it was scratched and the video shows the car coming out of the wash with it intact. Never mind their own employee seen it fall off. Well, now it’s going to cost them because I’m going to hire a lawyer which in turn when it’s all said and done it’ll cost them way more than just getting a new mirror cover after paying mine and their legal expenses. Seriously how arrogant are these people? I think it’s about time they learn a lesson about ethics. I’ve been using them for years. No more.

      Remember the inspection scam back in the 70's? Your headlights always needed adjustment. Today Delta Sonic uses the windshield wiper scam. Inspect your wiper blades very carefully and take pictures before you go in for an inspection. If there is any imperfection no matter how minor they will fail your car. If you are really smart you'll have a brand new set of blades installed before you go in that you can switch back right after the inspection. Of course those older blades will be perfectly fine and won't have any Delta Sonic rough marks that God knows how they got there. Save yourself $50 or find yourself an inspection station that doesn't play this game. In my 60 years driving I've only had this problem at Delta Sonic!

      My Truck was destroyed paint finish from chemicals from wash stuck on paint and dried instantly from hot heat summer day and will need to be polished muilti correction delta claimed full responsibility to damages verbal and then when corporate seen my invoice for repair denied claim and service and sent me a letter to seek benefit from BBB and small claims for repair and damages



      spoken with Dillan at Naperville location spoke with Emily at corporate state truck will need to be polished and last spoke with Kayleen and said she is the highest superior that she speaks with ownership directly that i should file a small claims if I felt they were responsible

      shone felt because i show no curtesy for seems to be a personal matter all attitude from claim will be filling a this though small claims and should speak with an attorney
